Our tiny house is situated in the Texas Hill Country and comes with a year-round hot tub.
View the peaceful private outdoor space (and hot tub!) through the floor-to-ceiling windows next to the bed. The tiny house is surrounded by a 6' privacy fence in a wooded area. (A wooded area inside of a rural neighborhood).
We are 9 miles from Canyon Lake and Blanco Texas (Blanco State Park) and less than 30 minutes from Wimberly, San Marcos, New Braunfels, and San Antonio. There are several wineries dotting the Texas Hill Country close to our property.
Our tiny house is 288 square feet with a private outdoor space that includes a hot tub, string lights along the fence, and chairs with a small table - all surrounded by a privacy fence. Although small, our tiny house offers a full kitchen, bath, and bedroom area designed with comfort and beauty in mind. The mattress is a DreamCloud Queen with a range of high-end pillows for your ultimate comfort. When you open the blackout draperies, you'll have a view of the outdoor private deck, chairs, and the hot tub where you can soak all those cares away.
The rest of the property is filled with our large vegetable garden, roses, chickens, and a beehive. We are an organic mini-homestead and are thrilled to share our property with you!
You will have the entire tiny house and the fenced-in courtyard to yourself.
Additionally, you will have a private parking space that is surrounded by a privacy fence.
There are two other houses on the property lived in by the owners, but the tiny house is completely private.

Our tiny home is ideal for a couple’s retreat or weekend getaway. We partner with a local skincare shop/facialist that offers exclusive packages to our guests, so you can pamper yourself if you choose. We’ve had shining reviews from our guests! We are located in the heart of the Texas Hill Country.
Bedroom: Custom-built queen bed with a DreamCloud mattress and an assortment of high-end pillows for your comfort.
INDOOR LIVING: Smart TV, dining area, bedroom area, closet, ironing board, iron, desk.
OUTDOOR LIVING: Deck patio, hot tub, outdoor furniture
KITCHEN: Well-equipped with a stainless-steel fridge, stove, and microwave. Pots, pans, dishes, plenty of utensils, electric mixer, toaster, salt, pepper, cooking oil, and more. The coffee station includes a pour-over coffee pot with coffee, sugar, and tea bags. Mini-store is located inside the tiny home where you will find things for purchase such as bottled lavender lemonade and various mixes like lavender pancake mix with lavender simple syrup.

FAQ: Hot tub is for the exclusive use of guests. There is one step to get into the tiny home, and one large step to access the outdoor deck.
PARKING: One parking space right next to the tiny home inside the privacy fence. There is additional parking for one extra car beside the chicken coop.

-NOTE: As long as our girls are laying, you will find half a dozen farm fresh (blue and green!) eggs in the fridge.Our site is versatile - you can spend time outdoors in nature on the deck, hot tub, and wandering in our garden or "talking" to our chickens, or you can take a more pampered approach and get an on-deck facial with our skincare partner, The Green Fox. We have designed our site to allow for complete privacy. Although the owners live on-site, the tiny home is surrounded by a 6-foot privacy fence. You will have a door code allowing you to check in - but know that we are here to answer questions if you have questions!
