We're located on the beautiful Brazos River between Weatherford and Granbury TX. There is an event center and we're hear to help with your functions. We offer a private beach and private boat ramp..check our site for the fishing. Sandbass is an exciting time in February-April. Catfish have been plentiful this year- we've had lots of blues caught this year. One weighing 35 lbs. We've had yellow cats this year around 65 lbs. Bring your jetski, paddle boards eats. There is tube rental available. Come see us and have fun! Learn more about this land: Sites are sandy and located on brazos river. Experience camping like being a small resort on river. Picnic table is available. Private boat ramp for accessibility. Be looking for upcoming events. Tubing is available. A bathroom is on site. A convenience store down the road 1.5 miles. You have the river at your access. Check out the party room on location for your private parties. We also have small slab deck with 2 lounge chairs with lighting.. There is also beach lounger chairs available.

    Sandy Beach on Brazos River
    This property does not disclose that it was held in somebody’s backyard. The bathroom is in the front of their property and their are multiple ppl living on the property as well as walking around. The view was fantastic and the river was gorgeous. Private and secluded from other neighbors not so much the owners and her visitors. The sandy beach area is covered in feces weather it’s cat or dog it is every where. The owners and friend / family stayed awake till 3am talking and their voice echos. The porch is covered in lights and you aren’t sleeping in the dark you are sleeping with LED lights. The owner is very nice and very accommodating. The feeling was definitely different from when the owner was their vs when her house taker was their. Overall the stay was as good as it could’ve been being in somebody’s backyard and constantly feeling watched. Working in the vet industry it was very gross to sleep and be barefoot around animal feces that can carry diseases. Safety concern. It was not two or three pieces the entire shore is lined in poop and the rest of the sandy beach was every foot at least two feces. Flys in the area are terrible probably due to the poop as well.

    Owner is super sweet. Great access to river. Sun sets at your back gives great view of bird drama across the river.
