---Camping for 2024 Eclipse--- Camping Along the Sabinal River, 1.5 miles from the town of Sabinal, Texas. Over 100 acres of land to spread out and enjoy your own space. The property is covered with native vegetation, including Live Oak trees, Cypress Trees, Mesquite and many other natives. Dry camping with porta potties and 1 flush toilet available. No showers available.With over 100 acres of varied terrain, with multiples sites in open fields (grass covered) to Live Oak shaded grassy areas. All areas are accessible with 2 wheel drive. Bring your own tent, camper, RV or cot! -pack all trash out , no disposal of cigarette butts -All pets must be on a leash - No loud groups or parties -No discharging of firearms -Please keep lights at night to a minimum to promote the dark sky’s

Solar Eclipse Camp Out!
Beautiful location to camp in the midst of mature oaks. Enjoyed the quiet setting and generous hospitality by Marcus. This was my first trip to south Texas and very much enjoyed this camp spot.

Solar Eclipse Camp Out!
Outstanding friendly host!
It was such a joy to camp at Marcus's. He was so friendly and welcoming! This was a special occasion--the solar eclipse--and Marcus even threw a fajita dinner party for all the guests! The spot itself was beautiful--right by the river--and had tons of space! I would definitely stay there again if I were back in the area.

Solar Eclipse Camp Out!
We did not make it to this site. When I tried to access our confirmed booking to cancel, I got an error message. I am not sure if this was a real booking, or a possible scam?

Solar Eclipse Camp Out!
I was here for the total solar eclipse, and even though there were other campers onsite, it was a peaceful stay. Because of the discussion occasion, Marcus and friends even whipped up a fantastic dinner of chicken fajitas!

Marcus Pepper is an awesome host!
This property is large and amazing! So much to explore, and the host and his family are top notch people. If you are traveling through Texas and want a place to camp, look no further than this property!

We opted to seek clearer skies but I could tell Marcus is good people and I wish we could have joined him and the fajita party.
