Located just outside of Wimberley, our beautiful hill country campsites provide a peaceful retreat from the city. We have 13 private acres set aside from our 25 acre homestead that include multiple campsite locations. The stars out here are INCREDIBLE. Our campsites are currently primitive only (no running water or bathroom facilities) but there's plenty of level ground and beauty for a restful stay. Whether you're on a weekend family adventure or an artist looking for remote inspiration, our Positive Times Campsites are located 10 minutes from Wimberley and 20 minutes from both Blanco and Dripping Springs. There's plenty of parks, rivers, and hills surrounding this piece of Texas Hill Country paradise! Jacob's Well: 10 minutes Blue Hole Park: 15 minutes Pedernales Falls State Park: 30 minutes

Positive Times is a beautiful, secluded spot with a fire pit and plenty of firewood around. The host is very friendly, making sure I had the right directions to find the place and made me feel welcome.

A Wonderful Spot
Beautiful piece of land. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The campsite comes equipped with a large Solo smokeless fire pit, which was great.

Perfect. Last minute change on plans and needed a place on Christmas Day. I loved how private it was and behind a gate. Beautiful place and I will definitely stay there again.

Peaceful and Quiet
Peaceful and private! There's campsites in grassy meadows and others tucked in the woods. The sunset from the hill is incredible!

Tranquility Abound
Tucked away in the hill country, this beautiful spot provided the tranquility needed after a busy week. With it's own gated entrance and privacy from neighbors you can enjoy the sounds of nature and watch the stars at night. Bud was a gracious host and contacted me ahead of time to ensure I could find the property and even left some farm fresh eggs for me. I will most definitely be back.
