Brandon was very helpful in finding the right spot for our family and moved us to a camp site that would accommodate our setup. The RV park was clean and easy enough to get to and served us well for our stay. Less than 10 minutes to Pedernales State Park so we spent a day at the river and doing some hiking. Less than 15 minutes to Johnson City, and 25 minutes away from a creamery in Blanco for some good gelato. Next trip in the area I will be booking again.

Brandon was super nice! Only issues were that Hipcamp wouldn’t load due to no internet so we couldn’t use the site map to locate our site, and the sites aren’t marked. Besides that it was great! Quiet. Clean. Friendly campers. Pull thru spot was easy access, as was water and power hookups. Fire pit was super cute!

Just me, my Subaru Outback, and the perfect spot on the ridge to setup camp and nap in my hammock. Oh ya, don't overlook the unobstructed view of the star-filled sky! Perfect spot to call it a night.

Lots of room around the property, and my spot for car camping was good. Unfortunately the Internet wasn't available in the large area on the southern end of the property. It was nice of the owner to add a chemical toilet and washup station for the eclipse crowd. Good to note there weren't too may mosquitos, but those are there.

John was very helpful. He helped us find a spot, fill our water tank, and when we left helped me empty the black water tank, as I am a new RVer. Beautiful place.

Brandon was very attentive and an amazing host. Awesome location close to Pedernales Falls State Park. Water/electric/sewer connections at the site all in great condition. Would absolutely stay here again.

Brandon was very friendly and gave me a tour of the property when I arrived. The land was well maintained and had great views from the hilltop, where the tent camping sites are located.
There’s a wedding venue on the neighboring property, however, so if you’re looking for a quiet getaway you should make sure there are no events planned there during your stay.

Pedernales RV camp is a really lovely place. The open area camping is beautiful, and I would definately reccommend it to anyone who is self contained. Brandon is a great host, very attentive and kind and fun to talk to,. Hope to go back there some day.

Pedernales RV Park had lots of room and a bunch of beautiful spaces to park your RV or set up a tent. Brandon the host of the park was very accommodating and super friendly.

I loved camping on Brandon's land! Brandon was super sweet and helpful; he gave me a tour of the land and helped me bring my gear up to the hill which had a lovely view. I would come back in a heartbeat!

The campsite was very nice. Lots of camers for the total eclipse, but everyone had plenty of room. Lots of space on the bluff, but needed 4wd to get up there. Beautiful Texas Hill country!

There was plenty of room to find your own place on his property even with 20 or so other campers there for the eclipse. Brandon was very friendly and helpful with showing us around to familiarize us with the area. He even brought us some firewood and he has a dump site and water available. It is in the hill country of Texas and very scenic.

We loved Tent camping on Brandon's land! It was a great experience to view the eclipse with our kids. We loved that you can just pick a location and set up cap along the RVs. It was not crowded and plenty of space. Great experience over all.

I went for the eclipse and everything was full. I parked in a nice meadow with other RVs and tent campers. The host was very friendly and helpful. If you have a high clearance vehicle you can also camp in the upper meadow with a nice view of the whole valley.

The front is being developed and is still in need of some work. If you like boondocking the space in the back that you can’t see is very nice. We spent the eclipse 2024 weekend there and had a great time. If you need anything Brandon is your go to guy!

The host was really friendly, and made sure that I found a great spot. This was during the eclipse, so the campground was packed, but I still found a spot with a great view and not too close to other campers. To get to the upper ridge on the property you will need 4 wheel drive.

John was very helpful when we realized that we were rolling in a bit after midnight. The land had some other RVers, but was quiet and serene. Our family was able to hike up to the top of a ridge to sit and watch the eclipse. It was a great experience. Reasonablely priced and although we didn't have a site with hookups, it is a work-in-progress and will be a nice, secluded place to camp! We would definitely stay here again if we're ever back in Texas! Thanks, John!

We did the primitive camping on the ridge. Such a cool spot. Beautiful views, plenty of elbow room and the owner has done a great job keeping natural habitat to create lots of nooks to where you don't feel like you are camping right next to someone else. We camped here for the eclipse weekend so quite a few people but still felt private. One person in our group had a truck that doesn't have 4wheel drive and made it up just fine, but still a little steep incline to get on the ridge. Just a few min. drive to Pedernales Falls State Park to spend the day. Definitely would come back!!

This place is amazing! If you have a high clearance vehicle, camp up on the ridgeline. Great view, fellow friendly campers. Love this place.

Host was very nice and great to communicate with. Place is pretty secluded with nothing around it but rock. It’s pretty in the evening but you need to want to be in the middle of no where without big trees. Hook ups and pull through site was great!
