Unfortunately this was not as expected. The ad said there would be 50 amp service, fresh water, internet, and sewer hookup. When my grandson and I arrived, the owner was not to be found and his grandpa from across the street got us settled in the best he could. The grass was really tall, the electricity was turned off, and the water was turned off (Grandpa did allow us to fill our container from the mobile home on the lot). We were not sure of the sewer and internet as we did not need those services. We toughed it out for the one night we stayed, but if it had been longer, we would have left and found someplace else. We do thank Grandpa for what he did, but the owner could have turned on services and mowed if he knew he would be gone. We had a reservation, so he should have known that guests were coming.

It was a good stop for an overnight stay. In the earlier evening hours someone down the street was needlessly honking their car horn. However, the neighborhood was peaceful during the time we slept into the next morning. Upon arrival, a kind gentleman made sure my husband was settled in.

The site was just as described in the description. Demarco was unavailable at the time we arrived, however he communicated with us concerning the procedures. We called him and he was extremely helpful and pleasant. This was a nice place to stay for the night.

I had a good layover at the spot provided by DeMarco. When I arrived, I was greeted by a very nice lady who helped me get to my spot and showed me the amenities provided. I would recommend this place for a layover, but it may be best to wait until the fall or winter.
