The property is a peaceful 5-acre plot of land nestled in the woods of the Texas Hill Country. Campers have the entire 5 acres to themselves. To add to the privacy, there is ranch-style fence on all sides of the property. Enjoy boating, fishing, and swimming on Canyon Lake which is about a 30-minute drive from the property. Please note access to the house shown in the pictures is not allowed, though guests may use the front and back porches. Nobody will be occupying the house while guests are at the property. Also, please note that though not necessarily shown on the calendar, the property is usually not available on Friday nights through Sunday nights, inclusive. ___________________________________________________________________________________ The neighborhood is in the country and consists of houses on lots with about 1-3 acres of land. Driving distances and times to popular locations are as follows: 1. Schlitterbahn Water Park: 30 minutes, 16 miles. 2. Gruene Hall: 20 minutes, 13 miles. 3. Whitewater Amphitheater: 15 minutes, 7.5 miles. 4. Guadelupe River tubing operators: 15 minutes, 8 miles. 5. Comal Park at Canyon Lake: 30 minutes, 17 miles. 6. Canyon Lake Marina: 25 minutes, 15 miles. 7. Wimberley: 25 minutes, 17 miles 8. HEB Plus in New Braunfels: 25 minutes, 14 milesThere are a couple of spots on this property where campers can pitch a tent or park an RV. There is a driveway in front of the house where an RV may be parked. An RV may also be parked in an open field near the house, but the field has a slope. Campers may pitch a tent anywhere on the property, though the field near the house and an open area near the large shed are ideal locations. In addition, campers may sleep directly on the front and back porches of the house and porch for the large shed.
