The property was very well maintained. The concrete pad for the camper and the covered concrete pad to park my boat and truck was very nice as well. All the neighbors were very nice. The boat ramp was literally 2 blocks away. A short Idle from the ramp and you were 2 buoys away from hwy 154 bridge. Full hook up and weekly trash service were nice as well. Plenty of room for trucks boats and 37’ fifth wheel. I will be back soon. I will also say Shari was very helpful and informative on anything I needed. Just a simple text message was all it took. Thanks again for sharing your property with me Shari, I will be back!
