Choose your own location (whether it’s at one of our recommend campgrounds or your own private property) and Wanderlust Mobile Glamping will set everything up for you before you arrive. We will pitch a canvas tent for you, and prepare a fresh bed and beautiful decor. All you have to do is provide the site, food, & anything else you'll want!
We provide you with everything that you need for a comfortable stay.
What you get with a standard setup:
A little over 200 square feet, the space is well-equipped with an 8-inch queen-size memory foam mattress, AC unit, pillows, linen & ambient lighting. Our decor sends out chic boho, modern vibes and serves as the perfect backdrop for your social media.
Our tents can fit up to 2 Queen mattresses OR 6 twin mattresses
Additional add ons:
•Beautiful outdoor floor table picnic $149 (seats up to 8 ppl)
•Movie Night Set up (Includes projector and screen, decor, and seating for up to 6 people. Let us know if you need to add people.
• Projector & Screen -$50 (includes ext cords, tv, projector, speaker, and table stand)
AC unit provided for keeping you cool on those hot and humid Texas nights. A heater is also provided for fall and winter, but please note that it does get a bit cold in the winter, so bring an extra pair of PJs, thermals, and long johns for added warmth.
Electricity is dependent on the campsite, and location. Most campgrounds and state parks will offer electric hookups. However, in case of no electricity, amenities such as lights & AC. Be sure to check with the campground before booking.
Decor: we have set decorations per pics shown. We do not purchase decorations or decor per event. What you see is what we have. Please feel to contact us about our custom-themed parties!

Please note that our tents are 16ft in diameter, and we need a CLEAN, FLAT, GRASSY area to stake our tents down.
STRONGLY RECOMMEND A CLEAN BACKYARD AS WELL. We use each setup for promo and love when the yard compliments our tent setup for promo. A backyard full of junk, trash, dog poop, etc. isn’t very attractive and doesn’t represent Carolina Glamping. Its extremely difficult to set up our tents with dog poop, or yard work in the area. We will ask you to clean the area that will be around our promo pics if we have to. Please have your yard cleaned before we arrive.
KID PARTIES: We will use our kid-friendly inventory for setup when hosting kid events. WE ARE COMING ACROSS A LOT OF BROKEN ITEMS AS WELL WITH KID'S EVENT. BE MINDFUL OF OUR INVENTORY.
***cleaning fee includes sanitizing before and after each use*** CLEAN-UP DOES NOT INCLUDE SPILLED DRINKS, FOOD SPILLS, ETC. ON INVENTORY. PLEASE CLEAN UP BEHIND EACH SPILL.
FYI: Each setup takes up to 3 hours to complete, and breakdown is up to 1 hour.
Our staff is fully vaccinated as well but we will wear masks if necessary. Gloves are worn before and after set up everything is sanitized. We use a steamer as well after every breakdown. All linen is thoroughly washed and sanitized with appropriate disinfectant cleaning materials and soaps. ALL machines are cleaned and sanitized before and after washing.
We will arrive at your location or campsite between 8-9 AM for setup unless we finalize another time. Please allow us 3 hours for setup per tent. Please make sure the tent setup area is clean from trash, debris, and animal droppings. We will refuse the setup if the area will damage our tent. Check-in time is for your arrival if the booking is not in your backyard.
