This beautiful, modern tiny home awaits you. Behind "The Green Door” you will find a completely remodeled 1 bedroom 1 bathroom with a loft that can sleep up to 6 guests. Outside there is a, covered porch with outdoor table and chairs for you to relax. It’s nestled in a beautiful RV resort with all the amenities for you to enjoy. The resort has 2 outdoor pools, hot tub, playground, putting green, fitness room, walking trail, bocce court, horseshoe, and more.
The Green Door is located in Hudson Bend and is only 1.6 miles from beautiful Lake Travis, and 2 miles from Lake Austin. Best of both worlds! You can bring your boat, Jet Ski, paddleboard, fishing poles, floats etc. and enjoy the lake fun!
It’s just 10 minutes to Lakeway, 15 minutes to Bee Cave, 35 minutes from Austin airport, 30 minutes from downtown, 45 minutes to circuit of America.
In the downstairs master bedroom you will find a comfortable memory foam queen mattress to get a good night sleep. Also a Roku TV with all the streaming entertainment you need.
In the upstairs loft there are 2 full-size memory foam mattresses, and a 32-inch Roku. Please note that adults and teens can’t fully stand up in the loft. The loft is better suited for small children. Adults and teens can sleep upstairs, just know you have crawl on your hands and knees.
Max occupancy is 6, but no more than 4 adults within the group.
In the living room you will find a brand-new sofa and a built-in electric fireplace, with a 42-inch Roku TV, so grab a blanket curl up watch a movie and relax. There is also some family friendly games for your enjoyment.
All TVs are Roku TVs, you must have your own password to log in to any streaming apps. We also have spectrum cable TV. for you to enjoy as well.
The cabin also has a stackable washer and dryer for guests to use.
In the brand-new fully renovated kitchen, you will find all new appliances. 5 burner stove, stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, stainless steel deep sink with a brand new commercial faucet. The kitchen also has beautiful butcher block countertops, and brand new cabinets. The kitchen is fully stocked with all your pots and pans and cooking utensils that you will need.

Also there are other tiny homes and RV’s around, so please be respectful of the neighbors. There is a property manager on site, if you need any thing.

Note: The loft height is about 45", so it’s better suited for kids. Teens and adults are welcome to sleep up there but will need to duck when moving around.
