Only six mins from Comanche square with fun shopping, dining and brewery. Close to Proctor Lake for fishing, boating and swimming.

Expect a visit from a large rooster

Two other campers in the park while I was there. One was most kind, helping to back in my trailer. Although there is lots of road noise from the traffic, it was quiet overnight. A huge rooster stopped by in the morning to make sure I was awake.

One Night Stopover

If you are looking for convenience this is a great stopover for one night! However, the sites are not level and slope down. While the site is pet friendly, it is not friendly for your pet. The site was loaded with sand burrs. Was also unimpressed with the excessive volume of dog poop on the property. You had to watch your step. Again, if you’re looking for easy on and off for the night, this is a great place.

Easy in and out, electric and sewer are new and well placed. Great for my quick over night stay. Nichole was flexible about letting me arrive very late after hours as well.
