Docked at a private dock you will have the best view as the double doors and screened in porch look directly at the historic "Tea Room" to set the Caddo vibe for a great getaway! Docked right in the middle of all the Caddo activities and located right next to Johnsons Ranch Marina for boat ramp, gas (boat), drinks and some fishing needs. Outpost & Shady Glade for some vittles if you don't want to cook. 🛏 1 bed (queen) 🛁 1 bath (shower only) 🔥 outdoor fire pit & seating at the properties community area 🎣 fish right off the boat, dock or shore 🚤 Boat ramp located right next door at Johnsons Ranch Marina. They offer boat tours as well. Kayaks available for use at your own risk. 🚨 Please note that we are located next to a gathering spot.
