This property is 150 acres for boondocking and tent camping will only be open for the week of the Solar Eclipse in October 2023 and April 2024. This is a non-profit no-kill dog shelter. This is a way to help the dogs because we are in the path of Totality for both eclipses recieving 4 minutes and 22 seconds of totality. We are in the path of totality for both the Ring of Fire eclipse on October 14th, 2023, and the total solar eclipse arriving April 8th, 2024. To help you enjoy this experience more than ever, we have joined up with the "Doggie 4 You" dog rescue group, and are able to offer 150 acres of space for viewing. On top of this, we provide access to stays including dry docking, primitive tent camping and day of viewing experiences. You only need to make one call now to book. Not only are you coming to view nature as it should be seen for yourself, but you will be helping rescue dogs to find a furever home in life. There is 150 acres to camp or park your RV to view the eclipse. In the county so there are no street lights to come on during the eclipse and will not be overcrowded for this once in a lifetime event. Food and drinks will be available for sale and all profits go to the non-profit dog rescue. Adoption special will be held during this event to so there is an opportunity to find your furever baby. In the near by town of Bandera there will be a week long music festival being held

Doing it for the Dogs
Great hosts with beautiful land!
Great hosts with beautiful land! They were so accommodating and made sure all of their guests were happy. Stayed there during the 2024 eclipse and really enjoyed meeting their very friendly cows! Overall great experience.
