Whether you’re here for a weekend of fishing at nearby Lake Winnsboro, Lake Cypress Springs, or Lake Fork... or just passing through, you’ll find a quiet sanctuary surrounded by towering pines and rolling hills. Enjoy the privacy of a small-scale camp with the convenience of being minutes away from downtown shopping, dining, and the famous Autumn Trails.

Site 1 is a beautiful spot located on the west side next to the tree line. A picnic table is there for your use. It includes full water, septic, and electrical hookups with 30 Amp and 50 Amp available. There's also a standard 110 outlet as well. The camping pad is 16 ft wide and 52 ft long. There are not yet any on-site bathrooms or washer/dryer.

Site 2 (Eastern Site)

Site 2 is a beautiful spot located on the east side furthest from the tree line. A picnic table is there for your use. It includes full water, septic, and electrical hookups with 30 Amp and 50 Amp available. There's also a standard 110 outlet as well. The camping pad is 24 ft wide and 40 ft long. There are not yet any on-site bathrooms or washer/dryer.
