Hink Haven is a peaceful, three-acre retreat located just three miles from historic Winnsboro, Texas. Surrounded by towering pines and rolling hills, it’s an ideal home base for fishing at nearby Lake Fork, Lake Winnsboro, or Lake Cypress Springs. The Sites: The property offers two sites with full hookups (water, septic, and 30/50 amp electric): • Site 1 (Western): Nestled by the tree line; accommodates rigs up to 52 ft. • Site 2 (Eastern): A spacious open site; accommodates rigs up to 40 ft. Key Details: • Amenities: Picnic tables and potable water provided; campfires and pets are welcome. • Note: Guests must be self-contained as there are no on-site restrooms or laundry facilities. Perfect for a quiet weekend getaway or a convenient stopover in East Texas.

Site 1 is a beautiful spot located on the west side next to the tree line. A picnic table is there for your use. It includes full water, septic, and electrical hookups with 30 Amp and 50 Amp available. There's also a standard 110 outlet as well. The camping pad is 16 ft wide and 52 ft long. There are not yet any on-site bathrooms or washer/dryer.

Site 2 is a beautiful spot located on the east side furthest from the tree line. A picnic table is there for your use. It includes full water, septic, and electrical hookups with 30 Amp and 50 Amp available. There's also a standard 110 outlet as well. The camping pad is 24 ft wide and 40 ft long. There are not yet any on-site bathrooms or washer/dryer.
