We are pleased to welcome you to our newly renovated cottage. It is nestled in a quiet neighborhood minutes away from amazing outdoor activities around the lake, including hiking, kayaking, boating and tubing the Guadalupe River. Its setting is a perfect place to unwind and relax or spend time having fun outdoors. There’s no better place for small families or a couples romantic getaway to experience life in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. The space Everything you need to prepare meals is provided in the kitchen, including cookware, utensils, some spices, sugar, and oil. Enjoy dinner together at our dining table or maybe on the back deck amongst the trees. A drip coffee machine, coffee filters, and coffee is provided. Living room has a 65” smart tv. We also provided some board games for guests to use. Master bedroom includes a queen size bed and a shower. Second bedroom includes a queen size bed. Second bathroom has a shower. A full size washer and dryer with detergent, WiFi High Speed Internet, and a propane grill is available. Guest access Guests will have access to a private hot tub and fire pit. Please note firewood is not provided for fire pit. Other things to note Add-On Fee $25 - Upgrade your stay with an outdoor movie experience. This add-on will give you access to a projector, tripod, and streaming device. Please let us know if interested at the time of booking, a request will be sent.
