Make memories on our Family farm offering a “room with a view”. Experience a glamping tent that overlooks a 8 acre fully stocked lake (catch and release only) Recharge, re-energize your mind, body and spirit in this tranquil, private setting. Watch the wildlife including deer, hogs, geese, ducks and an occasional Bald Eagle. The sunsets are truly magnificent, stars are bright (no city lights). Fire pit is provided (wood available for purchase or bring your own) Kitchen has bbq grill and Blackstone grill (we provide the propane and cooking utensils. Things to consider: 1)Tent has a vanity and sink for hand washing and teeth brushing 2)fishing is catch and release only 3)bathroom is a Porta Potty, 4)shower is private outdoor (seasonal dependent on freezing temps) 5)Firepit can be communal if more than one site is booked 6)Farm animals make noise (roosters crowing, goats bleat, cows moo and coyotes howl. 7) Buy our Almost world famous Dill Pickles. Made with farm grown Armenian cucumbers. A real hit with our hipcampers. 8) Buy some farm fresh eggs. Our free range chickens work hard for our hip campers.Glamping tent overlooking 8 acre lake amidst a private setting on a 106 acre farm. Tent has ac/heat, Wi-Fi, TV with streaming service, small fridge, coffee maker, ice maker, queen size bed and queen sized sofa sleeper. Communal Outdoor shower (seasonal) and porta potty. You will have access to a Large Outdoor kitchen/grilling station. Tranquil and quiet.

If you need to recharge - this is the place. Surrounded by nature, without sacrificing a single modern commodity. Definitely would come back.

Beautiful scenery and truly felt off the grid but with all the amenities you need! It was just what we needed to decompress in nature without having to pack the entire house to camp out!

Fantastic getaway location from Dallas! Both of my young kids had a great time. Jeff was very kind and helpful. We loved exploring the property, using the boat, petting the goats, roasting marshmallows and watching the sun set and the stars come out. Strongly recommend!

We absolutely loved everything about staying here! Jeff was a wonderful host!! He was so nice and helpful but not invasive at all!! He has thought of so many things big and small to help make your stay more enjoyable!! There is Heating/ AC, Wi-Fi, indoor sink to wash hands and brush teeth, outdoor shower, hammocks, a canoe and so much more..the grass is even green and beautiful all around the campsite. We are already telling all our friends about this place !!!!

Once again Jeff you did it again! Me and my girlfriend friend brought our dog to hang out at the camp grounds and we had a great time. We booked before in the past and we were pleasantly surprised to see not only the updates made to the accommodations but also the same 5 star guest experience that made us book last time. With our visit being in the 20 degrees weather, Jeff made sure the propane tanks were ready, the firewood was on stand by and we had enough blankets and heaters. And honestly me and my girlfriend at times we too hot, which is no complaints what so ever. Really enjoyed staying Jeff, and will definitely be visiting again...again!😁
