This RV spot offers the perfect blend of proximity to Austin's vibrant attractions, nature and the comfort of a cozy neighborhood setting. Situated on the side of my house, the site is 95' long. 38' of which is along my house. The width between the house and fence is 18 feet. This should fit any RV with 2 slides and awning being open. The entire lot is fenced in, granting guests(and pets) full use of the pool and yard. Enjoy privacy with no neighbors in the back and an 8' side fence where your RV will be parked. The lot is a city sized lot, less than 1/5 acre, but HipCamp won't let me put in less than 1 acre. Pictures show my white/red retro RV as well as other RV's and how they have fit with and without my RV. Backing in is best for trailers - motorhomes/vans can go forward or back in. You may find maneuvering backwards a bit challenging due to the angle from the street through the front gate and my house overhang. It can be done...it just may take a village! :o) There's plenty of room to tandem park a towed vehicle in front of your RV(fenced in too!), and both 50amp and 30amp electric hookups are located on the back side of my house near the water hookup. (NOTE: Hipcamp will not let me notate in the fields that I have a 50amp AND a 30amp, thus I have 2 sites listed. I have had 2 RV guests stay at same time, but will not book that unless I get the ok from all parties.) LIVE sewer hookup isn't available because my clean-out is in the front of the house. Dumping can be done on the way in/out or with a portable tank.. Nestled in a charming, gentrifying neighborhood, expect the pleasant hum of city sounds (not overly loud) and glimpses of starlit skies. During your stay, I'll be residing in the house with my sociable dog, Toby. We'll be respectful of your privacy but available for any assistance you may need. Toby loves company, including other dogs, and has even been around cats with proper introductions. Feel free to reach out with any questions or to arrange a booking! HOT TUB IS BACK! Just in time for winter! Message me for discounts at 6+ nights and 20+ nights! I am considering ADD-ONS... most common is pet care while you're out enjoying Austin. Other ideas are e-bike/car tours (food, sites, real estate, etc); on-site massages, soubd bath, crafts.

Hot tub on injured reserve while waiting for parts to fix leak. This RV spot is for those who want to be within 2-5 miles of Austin action and parks while staying in a cozy neighborhood homesite. The RV spot is an 80' long spot on the side of my house. The entire lot is fenced in and guests can use the pool, hot tub, yard as if their own. My lot has reasonable privacy with no neighbors in the back and an 8' tall side fence where RV will be parked. My pictures show my 33' Class A motorhome that has 2 slides, making it 10-11 feet wide. My RV will not be onsite when guests reserve. Parking toward the back allows for privacy and awnings to be extended. It's best to back in. It's fairly easy to back in my 33' long RV; though I don't think too many feet longer could make it only because of the angle from the street through the front gate. There is plenty of room to tandem park a vehicle you've towed in front of your RV. The 50amp and 30amp box is on the back side of my house. If you're cord is in the back like mine, you'll need an extension cord to connect. Water is also on back of house. You will not be able to hook sewer live but contact me for convenient dumping when black tank does get full. I live in a charming, gentrifying neighborhood. We are in the city, so expect (enjoy?) city sounds (not loud) and not super dark skies...though I certainly see stars. I will be staying in my house with my dog Toby. He is socialized to people and all dogs. We will be in backyard often but will be respectful if we see/feel our guests need/want private time. I've included his picture as well. With trailers, probably same length is max and you gotta be decent at backing in. There is plenty of room to tandem park or park a car/truck in front of house inside gated if towing. The 50amp and 30amp box is on the back side of my house. If your cord is in the back like mine, you'll need an extension cord to connect. Water is available in back and front of house. You will not be able to keep sewer hooked up to clean out while staying but can dump on the way out or as needed if have portable tank. I live in a charming, gentrifying neighborhood. We are in the city, so expect (enjoy?) city sounds (not loud) and not super dark skies...though I certainly see stars. I will be staying in my house with my dog Toby. Hidden Gem in East Austin 🌵✨

We had an absolute blast staying at Lucy’s RV spot in East Austin! From the moment we arrived, she made us feel right at home. The site was level, fairly easy to back into, and had everything we needed—electricity, water, a spot to dump, privacy, and plenty of room to relax after exploring the city. Lucy was incredibly kind, welcoming, and quick to help with anything we needed. Her dog Toby was the sweetest — he made our stay even more special with his friendly personality and daily visits! The location couldn’t be better: so close to downtown Austin. Having access to the pool and green space was a huge plus, and it made the stay feel like a mini vacation instead of just an RV stop. If you’re looking for a quiet, well-kept RV spot near the heart of Austin, this is the one! Thanks again to Lucy (and Toby!) for being such amazing hosts — we’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town.

We stayed at Lucy's during the second weekend of the 2025 ACL Music Festival. Place was great, easy to get to and only 10-15 minutes from downtown either driving or with uber. The bonus was her dog Toby, a lovely friend during coffee in the morning. Would highly recommend if in the Austin area.

Lucy is an absolute gem! Her space was peaceful, welcoming, and somehow still so close to everything. It was the perfect little escape, and you can really feel the love she puts into hosting. Her dog Toby is the sweetest and loved hanging with our pup. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay—thank you, Lucy! Can’t wait for our next stay! We will miss you! Staying with Lucy was very nice, especially because of Lucy! She's a really kind and warm person. The site was well kept and all amenities worked as advertised. The location is nice cause its close to downtown and nature.

Lucy is absolutely lovely and was so welcoming to my whole family including my toddler and cat. We set up our camper alongside her backyard and we really enjoyed being able to use her pool and having the yard to play with our son in. The location is really convenient to downtown without actually being downtown. I would definitely come back here again if I needed a spot to stay in the city!

Lucy was such a great host, very easy going and very accommodating! She helped us out with our dog when we attended a wedding and had to be gone for a good amount of time. Her backyard is very nice as well and the location is great! We really enjoyed our time there and would return again when we are in Austin!

Lucy and Toby are great hosts! Full water and electric hookup, nice pool, and nicer company! Super easy to Uber downtown or drive over to the lake. Can’t recommend a stay here enough!

Enjoyed our stay. Lucy and her Dog Toby were the best! Our dog loved playing with Toby in the fenced in back yard. It was like staying at a friends house. We parked on the driveway alongside her house. 3 miles from downtown Austin. Perfect.

Lucy’s Hipcamp spot was excellent! Easy to get in/out in my van and she had everything I needed, including a fenced yard for my pup to run around in, which he LOVED! And my small dog got along great with her bigger dog. Toby was a sweet heart, as was Lucy. Communication was great and the spot felt very private and I slept great! Book this spot!

While I would love to say that this place was terrible, it would only be because I'd like to have it for myself any time I need to run down to Austin. But seriously though...IT. WAS. PERFECT! Lucy and Toby are the nicest, most wonderful hosts! The space was so great for us and our fur babies and they loved spending time with Lucy and Toby. With a pool and hot tub and room to play, you can't ask for a better spot in Austin! Thanks, Lucy and Toby! Y'all are true gems!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lucy's. She communicated promptly and was well-prepared for our arrival. The location was ideal, allowing us to leave our rig and use public transportation to get downtown. As a bonus, our dog loved playing with hers. We would happily stay here again if we're ever back in town.

This was our first ever stay/trip in our new RV and I could make this review longer than our stay about how amazing Lucy and her spot were. From the quick accessible location off the highway and near downtown to all the fun stuff in the area, to her generous accommodations, hospitality, and even her sweet boy Toby who got along with all 3 of our dogs and even the visitor dog Pepe was an absolute pleasure. But… I will spare you the novel. Needless to say, you won’t regret staying here. Being newbie RVers, she was so helpful when it came to any uncertainties we had and had no problem lending a helping hand. We really truly made the most out of our stay here with Lucy and we will very certainly be back and recommend you pick Lucy’s spot for your next Austin Rv trip! Also this should go without saying.. but don’t take advantage of her kindness!!! We picked up after our dogs, cleaned up after ourselves, stayed courteous with our noise, respected everyone’s boundaries including the doggies and reciprocated the kindness. Just be a decent person because she’s doing a great thing here and really doesn’t have to go above and beyond the way she does, all we pay for is the reservation of the spot not for her to go above and beyond the way she does so don’t be the ones to ruin it for everyone else. So anyways, we didn’t have a name for our RV yet but now she’s named after Lucy! In honor of her making our first impression and experience of RV life such a positive and memorable one!

Lucy's land is a great lil set up. She is an epic hostess. Her spot is super convenient & feels safe. Lucy is a wonderfully helpful, accommodating, responsive, & respectful hostess. I have a 25ft x 8ft airstream & I was able to get in the drive fairly easy but If you have a large rig it may be a little tight getting through the gate. Other than that it was great. I'd definitely recommend for a chill simple spot while visiting Austin. 👍🏼☺️👍🏼

Lucy was very communicative and responsive throughout the process. We were only there for a brief overnight to see a concert so we didn't get to experience all the amenities like the pool. It was a great location to access Austin proper without being stuck in an overcrowded RV park for the same price or more per day.

We loved camping at Lucy’s rv site!! Lucy was super helpful and nice!! Her dog Toby was so sweet!! He and our dog played together a lot. We parked our 5th wheel 30ft on her rv site and used our 50 amp extension cord to reach power box. Power and water hookups worked great! We also were able to use our portable sewage tank. The hot tub and pool are a bonus and makes it feel like a tiny resort! At night it was very quiet. Also it was walking distance to Roy G. Colorado river metro park where we hiked on trails. Lucy and Toby are so welcoming and we would definitely recommend Lucy’s rv site!!
