Welcome to a private 10-acre desert camping property located in the Sparks Ranch subdivision south of Dell City, Texas, with convenient access from Highway 62/180. This wide-open, high-desert setting offers multiple dispersed campsites across the property, giving guests plenty of space, privacy, and flexibility while enjoying one of the darkest night-sky regions in Texas. Each campsite sits within its own section of the property so campers can spread out and enjoy quiet surroundings, mountain views, and spectacular sunsets without nearby neighbors. The area is especially popular with vanlifers, RV travelers, overlanders, and stargazers traveling between El Paso, Guadalupe Mountains National Park, and Carlsbad Caverns. Guests must bring their own toilet facilities. Guests receive GPS arrival instructions after booking and can choose from several campsite locations across the property depending on vehicle type and privacy preference. Whether you’re stopping overnight on a West Texas road trip or planning a remote desert getaway under the stars, this property offers a peaceful and authentic camping experience.
