Copano Bay RV Resort has a clubhouse with a calendar of events that is always new and exciting. There is a sparkling, heated pool, cornhole and other outdoor games. We provide kayaks (just let us know and we'll bring it down to the water for you). Guests have access to our fishing piers, bath house and doggie bath station. Look for the sign by the clubhouse when pancakes are being served for $5 on Saturday mornings! Its a delicious way to start your weekend off right!

Pets Allowed - Sands Royale is steps away from the water for fishing from our private pier. Enjoy morning coffee from the clubhouse with fellow guests or stay in and have time to yourself on the front porch. You get two full-sized mattresses to spread out during your bayside getaway. Each of our 6 tiny homes in the Copano Bay RV Resort in Rockport, TX are closest to the bay and the pool. Come to fish, be with family or friends. Make some friends too. Eat out each night or stay in the whole time. The Sands Royale tiny house in the Copano Bay RV Resort is a single-level, two bedroom tiny house with two full-sized beds. Sands Royale has one full bathroom (shower only, no tub) with a full kitchen. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals and stock food from the store for your stay. We provide a Keurig but please BYO favorite k-cups and other coffee supplies. We have Wifi throughout the park which is also available to our guests in the tiny homes.
