We loved our stay on the river! We were at site 1 which had plenty of room to set up tent and spread out camp. Having bathrooms/showers available was really nice for a hot summer weekend, plus the river was the perfect temperature for floating the day away.

Camping with our doggos
River site 2 was an absolute dream. The beautiful tree cover and access to the river kept us cool and shaded. Our dogs all had the time of their lives which made it all the more special. Bridget is an excellent host and the facilities were a welcomed bonus to be able to take a nice shower or use a flushable toilet out in nature. Our site had everything we needed and Bridget also had access to additional items; if we needed. It only took us about 10 minutes to go replenish our ice as well. Such a peaceful and wonderful stay. We also did not have light pollution so we were able to see the meteor shower and shooting stars. We will definitely be coming back to visit!

A great host makes it better!!
Where should I start?
Firstly, the host Bridget was exceptional!â¤ď¸ She was very communicative, answered all inquiries, and was helpful.
Now, the sites were big enough for a large group of people, the electric hook-ups were great to have and the hammocks available were awesome! The bath house was well equipped and the hot shower was great to have, and when we ran out of the hot shower her husband was very quick to bring another propane!đđź
The downside was that the river was not in a good condition and not everyone got in. Another group and myself really thought about it but we found a good spot to come down the river and decided to make the best of it despite the weather conditions and I'm so glad that we did went in. We had so much fun and the water was nice and we got a little drizzling when we were there. Honestly I would go back again because for us what made everything better was PRIVACY!!! Omg that was our main concern, we're so glad we could have the whole place to ourselves! Thank you so much again Bridget for everything, I know it's not y'alls fault that the water was not how it's supposed to be, but thank you for the best experience. You really did everything y'all could. I enjoyed our stay! Hopefully we could go back and try the cabin! God bless y'all and hopefully you keep getting booked!! â¤ď¸đ

The camp site was just as described. The bathroom was fabulous and the hot water was free. The bathroom amenities were plentiful. I would return!
