Nature and wildlife filled with fun and relaxation, Bee Mountain River Resort is a one-of-a-kind property. Private, spacious and beautiful, we are blessed with 1.5 miles of sandy beaches along the Brazos River where campers leave the stress and white noise of life’s hectic pace behind. Visitors enjoy our quiet and beautiful surroundings along with the good company of family and friends. And best of all, you get to play on some of the finest water in Texas for boating, fishing and water sports. Adults and kids love it here because it’s a great place to hang out, to be active, and to have some good old fashion fun. Our customers are usually groups of friends and family; many of them have camped here for years. A few even claim to have grown up on the river and, to some extent, that might be true. Bee Mountain Resort is a secluded off-the-grid campground that's been around since the '70s. And it's pretty well known to the locals. I first discovered the Brazos River back in 1985 looking for smooth water to ski on. And having developed so many great memories camping over the years, I can confidently say our resort is classic and old school. Change comes pretty slow on the Brazos.....and we happen to like it that way! Family, friends, kids and pets all love our amazing getaway; it's a rare gem best shared with good people. Every campsite is located directly on the river and all of them are huge. Firewood, ice, kayaks, paddleboards and generators are available at low prices. Great tasting water from our 500' deep well, clean restrooms and a camper dump station are located on premises. We are very pet friendly providing your pet is friendly.

This remote Texas resort sits on 100 acres of quiet scenic countryside with lots of room to spread out, enjoy nature and get close to wildlife. All of our campsites are huge riverfront sites and they were just expanded to make them much wider and more private. Each site now measures a whopping 110' wide by 150' deep. While these are actually numbered campsites, we treat them first come first serve on your initial visit. Repeat customers can always choose their favorite campsite subject to availability! Firewood, ice, kayaks, paddle boards and generators are available at low prices. Great tasting water from a deep well, clean restrooms and camper dump station are located on premises. We are pet friendly if your pet is friendly.

So we decided to include it as a rental for customers who want the best when it comes to camping! It's a large riverfront site with a 100' of river frontage, an awesome beach, great shade, an incredible view of Bee Mountain, and it's 300' deep!  Firewood, ice, kayaks, paddle boards and generators are available at low prices. Great tasting water from deep well and camper dump station located on premises. We are pet friendly if your pet is friendly.

This remote Texas resort sits on 100 acres of quiet scenic countryside with lots of room to spread out, enjoy nature and get close to wildlife. We are pet friendly if your pet is friendly.  Amazing 100’ x 300’ glamping site with a huge flagstone patio, built-in stone fire pit, large raised AstroTurf landing, stone retaining walls, wrought iron table and chairs, lots of shade and a great sandy beach that measures 100’ wide. This one-of-a-kind riverfront gem is both large and comfortable.  As far as campsites go, this is definitely our Penthouse Suite.....it doesn't get any better! Come relax in the great outdoors and enjoy our little piece of paradise on the Brazos River where stunning views of Bee Mountain await you! We can expand our Glampsite into a huge double riverfront (200’ wide beach) for entertaining even larger groups and events in remarkable outdoor style!

Dating back to the 70s, Eagles Ridge 1 was always leased out to annual members but, with our growing interest in non-membership weekend camping and for large events, we decided it was time to add some high quality supply into the mix. Eagles Ridge 1 is really spacious with an awesome beach, great shade and incredible views! The site comes with a stone fire pit, a picnic table and a charcoal grill. It is also located right next to Eagles Ridge 2 so they both can easily be combined together to accommodate much larger groups.

This premium riverfront campsite is blessed with some of the finest beach access and swimming out on a semi-private little point in the river. This campsite measures 100' wide by nearly 400’ deep and the views are absolutely stunning no matter where you look! Until we developed our Glampsite (tricked out with stonework improvements), Sandy Point sites 1 and 2 were always the crown jewels of Bee Mountain Resort's annual membership program; and the sites were always leased out to annual members.....until April, 2024! With our continually growing customer interest and appreciation for premium weekend camping, as well large events, we couldn't pass up adding this prized campsite into the mix when opportunity came. Sandy Point 1 and 2 are both very spacious with an awesome beach, great shade and incredible views! Each campsite comes with a fire pit, picnic table and a charcoal grill. They can both easily be combined together to accommodate much larger groups.

Great camping spot for families!

This is a great camping spot for families. The hosts made our stay easy and checked in each day with any updates and or to see if we needed anything. Being able to get firewood, kayaks, ice, and fresh water from the hosts was convenient. The views along the river are amazing. Cell coverage is limited, which we liked. Wildlife is present all around the property, the coolest being the owls, whose hoots would resonate and echo off the river. Speaking of the river, the water is very calm in front of the camp sites, with most allowing for pretty easy entry. Plan on bringing life jackets for kids. This is a camping spot we will definitely be returning to!

We had an absolute blast tent camping this weekend! The sites were really big! I love that they deliver fire wood right to your site. Having a bathroom near was also nice! They were very friendly and communicated with us multiple times throughout the weekend. We hope to be back very soon!

We had a wonderful time. Each campsite was right on the river and it was so beautiful! The restroom trailer was kept very clean and was convenient to use. I have already been telling my friends to check out Tony's land for their next camping trip! We will definitely be back.

Great place for camping, we felt safe and welcoming by the host. The place was clean and has amazing views, the only issue is that we did not have any signal to make a call or text, however the host offered WIFI access. Overall 5 star all around

Vast property with stunning views and lots of natural beauty. It was great to wake up to the sight of the river in the morning. Unfortunately it rained quite a bit of our time there but we still did our best to make the most of our stay. Be aware the campsites are pretty close together, so this might not be the place for you if you are looking for something secluded. We were fine with it but we did have to listen to a generator 24/7 at the campsite next to us which was a bit annoying. Ice and firewood are sold on property which is a huge plus, although the firewood we had delivered on the first night was pretty damp which made it hard to get the fire started. I assume this is not a problem when the weather is better. Overall great spot and hope to return at some point and have better luck with the weather, thanks Tony!

The host were very accommodating and friendly. The tent site that was reserved for us was the best Tent site had really good tree shade, space, privacy, and views! As mentioned in the description, cell service was little (T-Mobile) or next to nothing (Visible), which was perfectly fine for us and expected. Restroom near the site was great and convenient. Minimal road noise, we noticed the train sounds more. Overall great site and will be back again!

Camping experience was great! The river level was high making it difficult to access the water, so the kids couldn’t splash around without an adult helping them get in and out, but other than that everything was fantastic!

Bee Mountain Resort had everything we needed for a family camping weekend. Beautiful views, the largest tent site we've ever experienced, clean bathrooms with a flushable toilet, friendly service, and the sounds of nature. There were even lightning bugs at night, which is a novelty to see these days!

My 19 yr old son and I came to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and what we found was incredibly remarkable. Such a serene experience right next the mighty Brazos River. The water was flowing pretty swiftly due to flood control from the upstream lake but us and our 2 Black Lab pups just loved every minute of our time. With about 2 miles of well maintained riverfront to hike, we found ourselves just completely blown away by the beauty and serenity of God’s creation. His staff was very helpful and they made the stay very pleasant and accommodated all of our needs. I highly recommend this place to anyone and my wife and I are already in the works of planning our return trip.

Had an amazing time. Crew taking care of restrooms and running the wood/ice requests were timely and accepted Zelle at the reception area at the front of the property. Kayak rentals were fun and they double as a paddle board.

Our stay at bee mountain resort was amazing!! The camping area are very spacious, gives you PLENTY of room if 3 or more tents are being put up. We were right off the bank shore making it easy to put kayaks into the water. Finally the bathroom are clean and kept up. Lots of trails to hike as well. Melanie and Tony are very helpful and keep EVERYONE update when bathroom are being traded out or just checking if campers need anything, definitely recommend and will be coming back to here

We had a magnificent time at Bee Mountain. Tony and Melanie were fantastic hosts and we cannot wait to go back. They made check in a breeze, they were super friendly, answered every question we had, and were a joy to sit and chat with. The property is simply stunning! I could go on and on and on about it, but just do yourself a favor and go out there for a stay!! It’s truly a gem and I am so thankful that there are private property owners that share their little slices of heaven with those of us who would rather be out in nature than stuck in the concrete jungles. THANK YOU Tony and Melanie!!!!

We had an amazing time! Our site by the water was peaceful and conveniently close to the bathroom. The firewood and paddle board delivery were a great touch, and the well water was handy. Our kids and dog loved it! We’re already planning our next trip back. Highly recommend!

My kids and I stayed there over spring break, we were at Eagle Ridge 1-I finally got to meet Tony., He was super-friendly and very welcoming; Melanie met us and guided us to our spot—she was very helpful. I chose our spot because it was close to the restrooms which helped with my littles; our spot, the river, everything was perfect—we will definitely be back

Wonderful location by the river—very clean and well-kept. This was our first trip in the new van, so we only stayed for one night. Although our visit was brief, it was truly enjoyable. We had a fantastic time and will definitely be back!

We had such a great time. We were on a tent only site and were extremely lucky to be right by the restrooms. Flushable toilets and handwashing stations was great have. The view is amazing. We had a group of 8 adults and I personally was 12 weeks pregnant. We rented the kayaks for Saturday and also purchased firewood directly from the host. Very easy. We didn’t really have service but were able to send texts and make a couple calls.

This place was amazing. It was so beautiful and peaceful here. So clean too with the river full of fish. The host was very helpful and always checking on us to see if we need anything. I thought that was great. Deer roaming the area was neat to see. I can’t wait to go back.

What a great piece of land! My boys and I really enjoyed our stay. So much beautiful sightings from the gorgeous river to the landscaping hills that look like small mountains across the way. So many gorgeous bucks and doe as well. I highly recommend checking this place out!

We had the absolute best time camping on Tony’s land! Our spot truly felt like the best spot- right on the river, lots of shade, trees to hang our hammock on, and could put our canoe right in the water! The hosts were beyond hospitable, quick to respond to messages, and checked on us several times to make sure we had the supplies we needed. We were a little bit far from bathroom facilities, which isn’t a problem, just something to note if you are camping with little ones in tow! We would highly recommend this spot and hope to come back someday!

We had an AMAZING weekend at Bee Mountain. The views were amazing, the water was high, fishing was great and temperatures perfect. We had some rain but the giant trees helped. All staff was super kind and the dump station upon exit was a huge plus! We will be back!
