We have 40 acres for you to camp on and have access to anything nearby. In the summertime, you can pick all the grapes you can possibly carry out of there. 1 hour from First Monday Trade Days, which is the largest flea market in the US! Lance’s land was amazing! We stayed for the total solar eclipse and had a lot of space to ourselves. Lance was a great host and was very available to answer our questions throughout our stay

Nice big pine trees. Plenty of land to ride 4 wheelers or let your dog run. Couple of little fishing ponds. Fire pit. Couches tables water and electric. 10 minutes from Cedar Creek Lake... Lance is very nice...

Lance was very nice, welcoming. Very communicative and gives you information about what’s around, about the property and what’s to offer. Unfortunately I showed up late at night, which Lance had no issue with. Had a great time and definitely will be back with my family.

You have an abundance of choices of where you want to set up camp which was great. One site had water hooked up and a cool hang out area. We chose the site with privacy and a fire pit. The land is extensive with a pond and a lake being dug. I feel that, in the future this is going to be a really nice piece of land to camp and fish at.

Fun place to camp. Nice property that is clean and private. Lance was super nice. I ended up getting our car stuck and Lance pulled us out with his tractor. I tried to fix our ruts as best as I could. Thanks for having us, we would love to come back again soon.

Chilling with nature

15 ft campervan

Lance met us and led us under some shady pine trees where his family gathers. Overlooking 50 acres of wildflower meadow. And a big fire pit just what the doctor ordered. Lance offered us eggs. He has plums berries and grapes. Getting ready to offer. In the evening a mist came in. I loved it.

Quiet, peaceful, secluded.

Group trip

I highly recommend Lance's 3 L Farm. We came for just one night but stayed for four. We didn't take full advantage of all of the options and activities nearby, for us 3 L was the perfect place to just relax at camp and explore the farm itself. Rest in your hammock, close your eyes, and the sounds of birds and the breeze through the trees are perfect. The farm is large enough for a short hike entirely on site, and my wife was pleased at the beauty and variety of wildflowers available to gather. Adjacent farms are barely visible, giving a wonderful sense of privacy and seclusion. Lance was an excellent host. He offered to make a campfire for us before we arrived, then greeted us at the gate for a brief orientation and welcoming. He also offered to bring us a dozen eggs in the morning, and they brought their goat Bella down to meet us. Thank you!

Private quite stay

We stayed at 3 L Farm for one night and we were sad about the fact we couldn’t stay any longer. Lance showed us the way to the most popular site and I have to say it was quite amazing. It was surrounded by trees and was kept very nice and clean. We felt like we had privacy but still very much felt at one with nature. The noise at night is so fascinating, you can hear so much wildlife. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a nice quite place to stay. We will be back for sure!

Great big shady oak tree to stay under, youll hear occasional hogs and coyotes at night under the stars, but a great site! Highly reccomend!

Private getaway on a farm

We had a great trip out to 3 L Farm! The land was private and secluded, and there were plenty of places to set up camp. We chose to set up underneath a giant persimmon tree and really enjoyed the shade and beauty it provided. The farm stretches for 50 acres and provides plenty of exploring and hiking. Our host Lance kindly offered some of the ripe potatoes and onions in the garden, and we loved getting to dig them up and have a wonderful fresh dinner! This was a perfect getaway that was the perfect distance from Dallas, and we really loved our stay here.
