Welcome to our ranch, blessed with mountain views, a seasonal creek, and abundant wildlife. Enjoy the solitude of one of our remote campsites, while still being close enough to experience the sights of Terlingua Ghost Town. Our focus is on providing private campsites with access to the property for hiking, birdwatching, and stargazing. With no houses or lights in sight, you’ll be able to enjoy the bright stars just as people have for ages. The property is only 20 minutes from the Ghost Town, which includes the Starlight Theatre Restaurant and Saloon, The Boathouse Bar (a live music and locals’ bar), DB's BBQ Restaurant, and more. No need for 4WD or an SUV—you can get here in almost any kind of vehicle.You won't believe this camp site is in Terlinuga - we have trees! Enjoy the shade and the birds under a grove of desert hackberry trees, which are native to the Chihuahuan Desert. Gaze upon the mountain views of Sawmill Mountain and Hen Egg with the privacy of the Hackberry Grove camp site. You're welcome to hike the rest of the property - we have 100 acres that goes all the way to Terlingua Creek! Most visitors to Terlingua do not have access to this type of terrain.
