Such a beautiful, spacious spot with incredible open views and trails — and only 10 minutes from downtown! It’s not a paved pad, so setup took a bit more effort, and we couldn’t dump our tanks, but the provided porta-potty and dumpster were super helpful. Overall, a fantastic stay.

Charlie and the farm continue to reflect great charm and wild comfort close to Nashville. We cannot believe our good fortune finding and returning to this property. It is both beautuful rustic and hospitable at the same time. It was a hot stretch in August and the tent caught an appreciated breeze in a little glade down the hill. We also used the small cabin briefly and it's nice to have dinner and socialize there or by the fire pit. We will be back again and again to this wonderful spot.

Temper expectations

Keep expectations low to avoid disappointment, it is what it is. It’s more akin to a child’s fort than a cabin. We opted to pitch our tent beside the “tiny cabin”, the vibe of the property was general disarray, lots of unfinished or abandoned projects. I was confused as to why there was a cleaning fee, the tiny cabin appeared to have never been cleaned. It had a post apocalyptic esthetic, the sad part is the land clearly has a lot of potential. It was pricey for what it was my total after taxes and fees was over $70, just not worth it.

Unique and Cozy Tiny Cabin

This is a great little spot to stay! It feels like you're way out in the country, but it's so close to downtown Nashville. Rustic, charming and semi-private with room to roam and a fire pit. Cody (resident dog) greeted us, just as he did a year ago. There's friendly goats, pigs and other animals on site. I've stayed twice now, nearly a year apart and will certainly stay again if it's available next time I'm in the area and need a spot. Communication with host was great and he was very accommodating. Highly recommend!

The directions said to park by the geodesic dome - there are 2. I headed into the site by the one with the lit electric supply (very nice and new) and my camper wheel fell into a giant gopher hole. It bent one of my stabilizer jacks which drove into the ground and was totally stuck. I called the number I found on Google and a very nice man came and pulled it out with his tractor. I would not stay here unless they gravel/pave the area or you enjoy offroading. I paid a lot for this site and it was stressful and will cost me more in repairs.

Site B has a new electrical service with 20, 30 or 50a outlets and a nice new dusk to dawn lamp to make arriving after dark a breeze. 2nd time staying and will plan to book again.

Overall the secluded part was pretty accurate, and it was a beautiful piece of land, but I feel like something has gone wrong. So much is in disarray, hardly any signage, abandoned vehicles, completely overgrown and neglected gardens. I hope everything is okay.

We had the entire grounds to ourselves! We biked around the stage and such and had a beautiful sunset view at site B. Charlie is super ‘lax and we were able to come and go as we pleased. He came and turned the electric on when he saw us set up camp and reminded us of the running water spout and then gave us our space. The portapotty was SO clean and I’m the type to rather go in the woods than a stinky bathroom but I had no problem here. We slept to the sounds of the birds and insects and loved every second of it. Never judge a book by its cover OR negative reviews..if OG calm camping is what you want then Charlie definitely gives that experience! :)

Location was convenient to downtown Nashville. Property was nice and quiet from road noise, the roosters were first to wake us up in the morning which was awesome. However the farm had lots of empty campers, vehicles, scrap metal/prior structures. We were only able to find Site B which did have electric and a water pump with potable water. There is also ongoing construction at the top of the hill and next to site B an area that looks like it was recently excavated. Overall it suited our two night stay near Nashville but we did not spend much time at camp because of the shape the property was in. For the price I would of hoped the current status of the farm was disclosed as it does not currently look like any of the pictures advertised.

The pictures and ad were very Misleading. Site compares more to a landfill than a farmland. No communication with host, grass overgrown everywhere, not vehicle friendly, and overran with ticks

We enjoyed our stay here, but there were a few hiccups. For the cost we definitely expected water and electric hookup. I am new to this site and camping for that matter so I think I misread the listing. When we arrived we were confused about where to park and nobody was easily able to help us. Once all was settled we enjoyed our overnight stay. It is a very pretty and secluded site that we easily got an Uber into Nashville for a fun evening.

Poor description and directions

It would have been a really great place however, when I pulled in it looked like a big dirt pile and the road I thought was where the campsites may be looked like a steeper dirt road that I couldn’t pull my little trailer in. There was no map or signs and I only saw one place I could camp but it wasn’t really a camp site just a dirt patch. I messaged the owner to see if I got the site wrong and didn’t hear. Once I already set up he showed up and pointed where I could have camped but it was too late at that point. And we had already set up. If there was better directions and a map to where the actual nice site was it would have been a completely different experience and for the price and having a not very nice spot, it wasn’t worth it and disappointing to say the least. The road to where the actual sites were weren’t marked and looked like a neighbors private drive.

Great location close to Nashville. Despite the proximity to the city, the location was nice and quiet. It was easy to find the place, though we struggled a little when navigating the property itself. However, we did arrive after sunset, so perhaps the darkness was partially to blame for our trouble finding signage.

Charlie has been a great host! We had a mechanical issue with our RV and sent one of the guys he has working at a construction project on the site to see if he could help us get it fixed. The setting is beautiful and is less than a 20 minute drive to downtown Nashville. It may have been our dogs who got the most out of this location. The off-leash opportunity has allowed them to sniff and explore everywhere! The camping area is a bit rugged but it has been a great experience for us.

Super relaxed camping, came in for 2 nights in a 25ft RV. More than enough room at the sites, we were the only ones here at the site time. 20-30 dollar Ubers to downtown depending on the time of day. Would recommend to anyone trying to avoid the crowded downtown area

We took the site down by the stage. Absolutely beautiful spot. Great trails for walking and exploring. Farm animals were adorable. Mamma piggy had 7 piglets. Great proximity to down town Nashville. Never saw the host. His friend explained the sites to us!!!

Not dry and Not Cute

First off, let me just say my stay was at the end of January, so the I know what kind of weather I was in for. With that being said, all I wanted was a dry place to put my things during the day and a dry place to lay my sleeping pad at night, that wasn’t the car. Got to the tiny cabin from OH on the first night, and I could tell there had been some rain recently, but the roads were dry. I noticed a semi large puddle on the floor and a couple of duct tape patches on the metal ceiling. So I thought, well I’ll just set all my stuff up on the other side of the room, away from the puddle. Well at 5am, I woke up to splashes of water to the face, and as it has started raining, there was another leak that had developed, and was hitting the table where all my dry belongs were, and getting me splashed with rain water on the floor. Messaged Charlie immediately and got no response for about 10 hrs. He suggested I could stay in the “greenroom”. That seemed like a bit of an upgrade from the pictures, so GREAT! Got to the green room that night, and found a shattered window with glass all over the floor and a cigarette pack on the table like maybe a squatter had came through? There was trash everywhere and kinda just a gross feeling. I ended up sleeping in my car the 2nd night. Glad I did too, it rained that night as well. Never did find the porta potty that was listed on the app. Glad I wasn’t banking on using it anyways. Would like to get reimbursed for the 2nd night since I used my car

I enjoyed my stay

We were on site B on top of the road. We had electricity and water. Each morning we went to see the chickens and ducks. It was quiet, close to Nashville downtown. The owner, Charlie, was easy to communicate with (on texto, not really by the app). Looks for Further Farms. The only thing, we were a little bit too big with our 40’ (Winnebago and scooter rack). It wasn’t easy to drove up and when we arrived, we pass the place and made a u-turn was really challenging
