Full sewer, water, electrical hookups, and utilities are included in pricing, along with weekly trash removal. The property is fully surrounded by trees for privacy and features a small seasonal pond and creek; perfect for a quiet walk in nature. There’s also plenty of open space for gardening, outdoor games, or playtime with the kids. You’ll love winding down around a real campfire (permit required) under a sky full of stars. As your on-site hosts, we’re happy to share local recommendations for live music, great food, and the many natural treasures nearby. Tennessee boasts more waterfalls than any other state (so they say!), and the ones we’ve explored are breathtaking. You’ll also find abundant opportunities for hiking, water recreation, sports, hunting, and exploring the region’s deep history. Please note: We live near a working family farm, so you may hear farm activity or notice farm smells, depending on the direction of wind. If that might be an issue for you or anyone in your group, we kindly ask that you not make a reservation, as we cannot offer refunds for this reason. No hunting is permitted on the property. Perfect, flat, quiet, private spot. Super close to downtown Nashville. Host was very helpful and provided local knowledge. We felt like we were staying with friends. Highly recommend!

Super responsive host, happy to come out and meet so that I can get in the site easily in the dark, and easy access to everything I needed, as well as the highway down the road. Was exactly what I needed after a bunch of nights working long hours, for a quiet place to park and relax
