Our campground is situated at an elevation of 3,000 feet, surrounded by three majestic mountains and conveniently located just 2.5 miles from the crossroads of US 421 and 91/133. Experience the joy of leisurely rides on the scenic roads leading out of Shady Valley, or gather your friends for an exhilarating journey on "the Snake" where you can navigate through 489 curves within a 12 mile radius of the crossroads. Planning a family or group outing? There’s no shortage of attractions in the area. Enjoy white water rafting, hiking along the Appalachian Trail, antique shopping, exploring local theaters, discovering caverns, or biking the famous Creeper Trail.
