I had a perfect time staying at Ben’s property! It was a great stop along a campervan journey with my husband and dog. We had a convenient picnic table to cook our dinner, the clean restrooms (and shower!) were much appreciated, and the area was quiet and lovely. I only wish we could have stayed longer!

This was perfect for us. Nice flat area by a tree with a picnic table and grate/ fire spot. Close to the event center but no events happening when we were there so it felt private. Bathrooms clean and convenient. Water much have been well water because it didn’t taste good, we filled up elsewhere. Not a huge deal tho. Able to let our dog off leash and she loved getting to run around. Quiet at night and beautiful views of the foothills of the smokies

Camping -lite
The land had beautiful views and we had the place to ourselves for the night. The convenience of bathrooms and showers also made this site a great combination. We could hear some cars and dogs barking in the distance but the cicadas and crickets drowned most of that out.

Highly recommend Rocky Meadows.
Stayed at Rocky Meadows Farm and enjoyed our stay. Bathrooms and showers were clean and host provided towels and soap. Property was beautiful and quiet. I would definitely recommend Rocky Meadows. Ben recommended local swimming spots and we went to Cherokee Dam recreation area and had a good time.

Private camp w/ fabulous restroom!
We arrived for a single night sleep at the end of a long primitive trip. The camp area was well mowed and very inviting. Views of tree covered hills across a grassy meadow. Easy to set up our small trailer and one tent. Beautiful surroundings. Ben unlocked the event building which had climate controlled modern restrooms with a shower. We needed that shower! A quiet nature filled night was just the restful thing needed to get us to our last couple days of travel home. Woke to misty fields and forest. Magical. Thank you for providing a great space for us.

This place was awesome. We came in quite late and Ben had everything unlocked and ready for us. Very nice campsites and plenty of space. The bathrooms were great. Showers were super super clean and very nice. The host, Ben, was very quick and kind when answering our questions over text. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone. This place almost felt like home!!!!

Outstanding place to camp!!!
I dont even know where to begin, First the property where this is at is absolutely beautiful. Ben has done an amazing job setting up the camp sites. The activity center with access to bathrooms and showers was outstanding. But really the highlight to this whole camping trip was Ben himself... what an amazing host. We just happened to camp on a night that he was hosting a 4th of July event and he invited us to attend. That was one of the best private firework shows I have ever seen. I can't express the appreciation I have for that invite. Outside of that event he was incredibly friendly and always available for any questions. We will definitely return for another trip when we are back in that area.

Gorgeous Setting & Nice Facilities
The two dispersed camp sites are both amazing. One is under a huge, elder tree, the other up a short path into the woods, with a nice fire pit to warm oneself by. Some wood was provided, which was nice, and luckily we had bought some local wood in the Great Smoky Mountains to start with.
The land is host to camping, weddings and similar events, and I believe an AirBnB in some kind of tower overlooking the hills and valleys, which seems like a fun option for the able-bodied.
We arrived a few hours before sunset and got to see just how gorgeous this plot of land is. The host was available via phone and guided us on parking and where camping was possible, and how to access the available facilities for campers.
The reception hall has clean, spacious bathroom and bathing facilities. There are numerous picnic tables under the awning of the sun is too much and you want to get out of the grass of the meadow. It was a blessing to have a hot shower after several days camping in the nearby National Park.
Given it’s a meadow near the woods, I did encounter two smallish ticks while sitting by the large fire pit in the meadow. There is a bit of poison ivy growing near the wooded campsite, but that could be easily removed—again, it’s the woods. The only other significant detraction is the sound of trucks on the road on the other side of the woods, but the property is not so isolated, so it’s to be expected, and overall, does not at all make this site any less worth it. Enjoy!

Stayed at Rocky Meadows and was so pleased with my stay! The property is beautiful, quiet and peaceful. The host is very welcoming and made himself available for any of my questions/needs. Lastly, the amenities were the icing on the cake. Clean well lit bathrooms easily accessible. I will definitely be returning for trip in the future and would recommend the property to anyone looking for a great secluded spot

Breath of fresh air
This was my second time at Rocky Meadows. I love it there… so peaceful and beautiful. I was looking for solitude and nature. I was the only person there at the time so it was perfect! The bathroom is a real treat for camping - cleanest and nicest one I have ever experienced! Looking forward to next time!

Perfect place for the pups to run!
Ben is a fantastic host and has an absolutely stunning property. Our site was private and peaceful and just a short walk away from bathroom and a warm shower!

Great place to stay! Short and easy commute to Knoxville, TN.
Ben and dad were super accommodating and easy to communicate with!
The campsite was as described, super, super clean. The bathrooms (even towels were there for us to use) and kitchen area were unbelievable.
Very peaceful place to stay and disconnect. Amazing Views too! There is a swing for the kids to play with and lots of paths to hike even along the creek.
Picnic tables under a porch area were super handy! firepits and benches were located near us and made our experience an unforgettable one!
We Will definitely come back!
