Earn this patch by being the first to spend a night outside at a new Hipcamp.
Open area upon a forested hill. Deer rabbits and wild birds can be seen throughout the property. Don’t forget TURKEYS. Nearby nature preserve, state and city parks abound. The Shiloh National battlefield park is close.Deer flats is close to the top of our hill. Flat grassy and open but surrounded by trees. A short hike from parking but I can pull gear up with tractor and trailer. Potable water available at the main house although only emergency access to toilets. Amazing views of the stars at night.
What to expect
Short walk to site
Parking isn't available at the site. You will park a short distance away and walk to the site (1-5 mins)

You'll have this Hipcamp all to yourself.
