Nestled in the heart of the Cherokee National Forest, our privately owned campground offers a unique escape surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty. Located just off the iconic Appalachian Trail and alongside the stunning Nolichucky River Gorge, our site provides picturesque views at the base of Unaka Mountain, making it an ideal destination for outdoor enthusiasts. As a fee-based property, we rely on recreation traffic to sustain our campground, ensuring that we can continue to provide a welcoming environment for our guests. While we cherish our intimate setting, we have made the decision to discontinue accommodating 3 axle 5th wheel trailers due to our limited access road. This allows us to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for all visitors. Our campground is a gateway to a variety of outdoor activities, including hiking, fishing, and swimming in nearby natural swimming holes. Guests can also explore local restaurants and shops, enhancing their experience in this beautiful region.
