Bring your boat, kayak and fishing pole! Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Private Douglas Lake Cove with Modern Farmhouse Camper. Private bedroom with Queen bed. Water views from huge windows on 2 sides of the camper. Drink coffee or enjoy moonlight dinners on the large attached deck. Bring your kayaks and walk right into the water just a few steps away. Relax in the covered Hot tub. If you want a romantic spot with privacy, this is the spot for you! This is located on our 20 acre family property that also has a rental cabin and our private residence. You may see us from time to time but privacy is just as important to us as it is to you!Awesome fishing spot! Just off point 18 - known for amazing fishing! Personal boat launch on the property! Bring your kayaks or rent a boat at nearby marinas! This property is less than 1 hour to Sevierville, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. You get all the local attractions and the LAKE all in one centrally located property. This space would be comfortable for 2 adult guests ONLY. Not suitable for children. Additional sleeping space includes a queen sofa sleeper. No pets. This property is SEASONAL: May - October only as the lakes are controlled by TVA. In April/May the Cove begins to rise when the dams are opened. There are occasions where debris, trees and trash are pulled from the bottom/banks so it may be visible during this time period. This is out of our control so refunds will not be given. In September/October the water levels drop again but it’s still worth the trip with the changing leaves! **Attention** Wifi is now available at this property with Starlink! **If you are trailering a boat, kayaks or jet skis please be cautious coming down the steep gravel driveway. Also, this property has well water. Even with a filtration system we suggest guests bring bottled water for drinking.
