Somehow after living in Los Angeles for almost 10 years, we ended up in a little village called Leipers Fork and we absolutely LOVE IT! We toured as a band, Jason & deMarco, for over a decade and along the way we've made some smart investments. Purchasing a mini-farm, which we’ve called GratiDude Ranch, was definitely an unexpected chapter of our journey! We still sometimes wonder how we ended up on a farm in Franklin. We love it and we just can't keep good things to ourselves, so we decided to rent out our unique carriage house and cottage on the property. We've since added "Sugar Hill Cottage" and “Sugar Hill RV Pad” on the infamous Old Highway 96 in Leipers Fork to our portfolio and we are excited to hosts new guests at this beautiful property. Sugar Hill Cottage and the TV Pad can be booked separately or together. We also have a two cabins that we Airbnb in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge TN so if you ever make it to that part of TN, look us up. I (Jason) am a real estate agent. I recently opened my own Keller Williams office in Leiper’s Fork Village and I am happy to help our renters with their real estate needs while visiting the area. Whether relocating from another state and needing me to do some research, send listings prior to your visit and setting up showings during your stay, or simply needing a place in between moves or looking for a long term rental property, I'm happy to help! deMarco manages our properties and events and is an amazing chef. He hosts monthly farm-to-table dinners throughout the season and if his schedule permits he is happy to offer a private farm to table dinner for our Airbnb guests upon request. (YOU DON'T WANT TO MISS IT IF HE IS AVAILABLE!). If he isn't available, we always recommend great restaurants nearby. deMarco's background is in hospitality and Health & Wellness. He is able to incorporate his passion for healthy food with his farm to table dinners. We book pretty far in advance, however, sometimes folks cancel last minute so if you are staying over a weekend of a farm to table dinner and are interested in attending please let us know ASAP. We sell out fairly quickly. We also run a non-profit off our ranch called "SAFE". We serve foster children and other families in need through several programs on the ranch. We're grateful for what we've been given, and when we get to share it with others, it simply makes our world happier. We live on our ranch site full-time with our twin sons, but our sleeping quarters are very private. You can have your privacy, or visit with us and our 27 farm pets as we work the ranch.
