Key Features: Prime Location: Situated right on the water’s edge, this studio offers stunning long-range lake views and easy access to the main channel. Smoky Mountain side of the lake. Spacious Accommodations: Accommodating up to 6 guests, the studio features a queen bed and sleeper sofa on the main level, and 2 twin beds in the loft. Outdoor Oasis: Relax on the spacious front porch or enjoy the sun on the sundeck. A large private dock with deep water provides ample space for fishing or docking your boat. Kitchen: The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials, including a stove, refrigerator, oven, microwave, and coffee pot. Amenities: Enjoy modern conveniences like Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, heat and air, and a charcoal grill. Perfect for Groups: Book Iris Studio along with Trillium, Sweet William, and Clover for a larger group getaway. Note: No pets are allowed on the premises. Smoking is not permitted inside the studio.
