Beautiful rural land: Southwind Ranch (Perry County) in Linden, TN. Half a mile from the Tennessee River. Small creek on the property. Please note there is no electric, septic/sewage, or water access on the property. Please note there are trees on the property, the land is not leveled. It has a small creek and plenty of vegetation all around to provide a quite and tranquil space for camping. Close to the Mousetail State Park and Buffalo River. Great for hunting and fishing (Consult the TWRA Website). The town holds annual events such as the Blooming Arts Festival, Halloween Trunk or Treat, and Christmas Parade. The property does not have any access to electricity, water, or sewage and guests are responsible to keeping the area clean and taking appropriate measures to empty holding tanks.
