There is a table outdoors and a large fire ring.   Hiking: Old Stone Fort is located 43 minutes away, with beautiful waterfalls.   Rock Climbing and Hiking: at Stone Door, Foster Falls, and Denny Cove, all 1 hr 24 minutes away.  Biking: the 12 mile Stones River Greenway is 13 minutes away.  Kayaking: the Duck River is 39 minutes away, and the Collins River is 1 hour away.  Stones River National Battlefield is 23 minutes away.Bonnaroo Music Festival is 43 minutes away.Hop Springs Brewery 27 minutesUncle Dave Macon Days 23 minutesThis is a one room historic log cabin furnished with a queen bed. Camping Unplugged
This place was so peaceful. The owner is very knowledgeable and helpful. We had a very good experience staying here. You would have to be very picky to find a reason not to stay here

Historic Log Cabin
We stayed at Keith’s historic cabin for our anniversary July 4th weekend. Keith’s friend Alex was available for the entirety of our trip, and was incredibly helpful—bringing us anything we needed, helping us get the grill set up, recommending nearby spots, and sharing the history of the area and the property. The room was clean, comfortable, and air conditioned. The old schoolhouse on the property was also cool to check out. And the location is not far from Murfreesboro and some nice hiking spots. We and our dog who we brought along had a great time staying here, and I’d definitely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. Thank you Keith and Alex!
