Immerse yourself in nature while you enjoy the beauty of our You-Pick flower farm! We offer many types of flowers throughout the season, and you can stroll the rows, exploring each variety. You'll pitch your tent/RV near our beautiful creek, and real (flushing!) restroom and a warm outdoor shower. The farm feels secluded while only a few minutes from the Conveniences of Johnson city, TN. It is also 3 minutes from East Tennessee State University (ETSU) and near numerous historical sites. This site is within a half hour of the Appalachian Trail, the Nolichucky river (Rafting), and Jonesborough, TN (The oldest Town in Tennessee).This sweet little camp site is nestled between in the corner of the creek and a row of trees which makes it feel cozy and protected. You may have up to 6 guests at this site, but please reach out if you need more. The restroom (it flushes) and shower (it is heated!!) are just on the other side of the old corn crib. Parking is not far away either. We have a campfire site with benches available to you. We also have a charcoal grill, on request. If you want to pick flowers, we have a self-serve system with a farm stand set-up. Flowers are not included in the site reservation, but you're welcome to enjoy the flower farm as much as you'd like. We have a 15 acre farm, which you are welcome to explore.

You may have up to 6 guests at this site, but please reach out if you need more. The restroom (it flushes) and shower (it is heated!!) are just on the other side of the old corn crib. Parking is not far away either. We have a campfire site with benches available to you. We also have a charcoal grill, on request. They were incredible, kind, and hospitable; even starting the fire for us when we were held up by traffic. Clean facilities and quiet place close to town!

Such a great spot, with lovely hosts. The historical farm with its big red barn and pretty stream was just perfect. The setting is quiet and rural; barn cats and the lowing of faraway cows in the background really add to the charm. The bathroom and private, outdoor shower add just that little bit of luxury you need to help take the edge off at the end of the day.

Convenient location, private, and not far from Johnson City. Hosts are very nice and helpful. The shower and toilet were much appreciated. Glad I chose this site.

Jennifer was very helpful and worked with us when we ran into a lot of bumps and we're late getting there. The area is beautiful, the shower does have running water and there is a nice bathroom. All outside!
