Enjoy taking a break on 10 acres with a creek and stream. Park in the upper field and enjoy the sunset, pitch your tent by the trickling stream, or reserve the creek area and take a dip in the spring fed water. The creek gets full sun at the 3.5 feet deep swimming hole at 1 pm. Firepits are sprinkled through the area and wood can be provided. RVs and campers are dry docking only. A portable toilet and shower are available until the bath house is complete.

Site 1 is at the creek area tucked under a green canopy that keeps it cool and shaded from the sun. Fire pits are throughout the area, and wood is provided. You have a rustic shelter for privacy and keeping things dry. Relax in the hammocks next to the water and let go of your stress. This is a bring your own tent site. Potable water pump is located by the Little House next to the gate of the chicken pin. You will need your own container. Lighting on the steps will be on from dusk til 11pm. If you would like them to stay on until daylight, message your host and ask for the step lights to remain on overnight. We will have the following items available for you to use: Tiki torches and fuel 2 hammocks Cast iron grill grate 2 picnic tables Firewood Outdoor rug 2 tent mats (they provide a barrier between the ground and your tent) Portable toilet with disposable bags, and 1 roll of toilet paper Portable shower bag with shower head to fill with hot water Pots and pans 4 plastic plates, cups, bowls One large bowl 4 sets of utensils Spatula and tongs Folding camping stove with 2 fuel canisters Paper towels, dish soap, dish rag Matches Tablecloth

The dry dock is a fairly flat grassy space in the back field behind the garden. Guests can pick a spot under the trees or in the open sunshine. There are no bathroom facilities, but we do offer a portable toilet with bags and a portable shower bag. There are no hookups at this site, but portable water is available at the chicken pin.

Lovely spot

It's a lovely spot and you get some privacy. There's a busy rode nearby (and mowing cows), but it's quite enough at night. The stream is lovely. Be warned that the toilet is a portable camp toilet--basically a stool with a hole in it, with a disposable bag to collect the waste.

Creekside Camping

This was the perfect space for us to camp with our dogs. We had ample room, and Karen did a great job providing the necessities for the space. Sleeping by the creek was very relaxing. It was secluded enough to feel private, but close enough to town and Cummins Falls State park for us to get out and explore. We will definitely be coming back.
