The campsite offers stunning views, especially during sunrise and sunset, with many guests appreciating the peaceful and serene atmosphere. Communication with the host is frequently praised, and the directions provided are noted as clear despite some initial GPS misguidance. While the location is generally quiet and ideal for stargazing, some visitors mention distant dog barking as a minor disturbance. Overall, campers find the site well-maintained and look forward to returning.
It was beautiful and we had the privilege of having it all to ourselves. Communication was great! I would definitely return and recommend it to friends and family.
T Stacy was a grwat host. Very accommdating and kind. The land is beautiful and primitive sites have outstanding views. The RV spot was not as private as one would hope and not quite the same views. T Stacy was great though and would recommend this host and location.
Beautiful property with expansive views! Trails on the property just beyond the tree line and very close to Cleveland for supply runs. Also fwiw I was expecting way more bugs but it was actually quite manageable. Recommend!
Camping on T.Stacy's land was exactly as advertised. It was rustic, had great views and many native animals around. Make sure you read his directions as without reading them I would have missed the turn off.
Beautiful space to camp and as others have said gorgeous views; sunrises and sunsets are stunning on the hill. Sound disperses very well here; even with other neighbors it was very peaceful. Be sure to follow the directions Hipcamp sends; my gps tried to take me somewhere else, but the written directions were clear.
The views were amazing here! Perfect for star gazing and getting some peace and quiet. They responded quickly to our last minute request as well which we really appreciated.
Had an absolutely incredible weekend camping here! The views were stunning, and the atmosphere was incredibly peaceful. It’s the perfect escape to disconnect and enjoy nature. Everything was beautiful, and I’m already looking forward to coming back!
I had such a great time solo camping here. I literally had the entire campground to myself. The campground is clean and well-maintained. The sunrise views are definitely worth booking this spot. Highly recommend booking this spot.
What to Know:
The campsite is a large field with views of the mountains. You drive up the gravel road and the campsites are at the top of the hill. You just pick one and thrive.
The bathroom - as stated in description, it’s nothing fancy but it works just fine. Bring toilet paper.
Google Maps Coordinates - I set my Google Maps to the coordinates listed in the Hipcamp app and they were wrong. Took me to a very remote and overgrown gravel road that almost destroyed my car. Put “Eads Bluff Overlook Campground” in your maps app instead.
Be prepared with shade from the sun if you are checking in before the sun starts to go down. It can get warm on top of the mountain. There is no shade at the campsites.
There are definitely bugs so make sure to bring plenty of bug spray.
You will totally enjoy relaxing here!
It was the bomb!!! A romantic getaway, with an unbeilevable & gorgeous view as you are ontop of the mountain. Peaceful retreat, a place to relax away from the hustle and bustle. Your amenity is your view!
Great private spot! It was lovely after staying at different campgrounds surrounded by RVs all week. Very quiet (some barking dogs in the distance but that’s all), dark, and peaceful. Loved waking up to the fog rolling across the mountains in the distance.
THIS is am AMAZING place to enjoy!
It’s peaceful and surrounded by amazing nature. If you are an early riser, I think it’s incredible to wake up to the sky just singing with color and enjoying your cup of coffee!
Me and my friends had such a lovely time at this camping site! Such gorgeous views, the trails were lovely and the Porta Potty was clean. Absolutely recommend to anyone wanting a restful, stress free getaway.
I thought it was great. Very peaceful, fabulous sunrise, lots of stars. Very clean porta potty was a nice surprise. Nice spot for my first stop on a long journey west. Met a lovely couple, it was the first stop on a long journey, too.
Ead Bluff camping was ideal for us in our camper van. We were the only campers there, perched on the top of the hill. Nice view, especially at sunrise and we found it quiet. Yes, the host’s house is on the same ridge but a long way off from the campsite.
Fantastic spot! It’s pretty much a field on a hill and you get to camp at the top of it. Host was awesome and I had no trouble getting there or if I needed help. I camped overnight and it was perfect for me, no one else was there so I basically had the hill to myself
