There is free WIIFI, and laundry room on the farm for guests and shower/bathroom and restroom facilities at the main barn. There are plenty of lovely walking trails around the farms 130 acres. It is a quiet peaceful place, perfect for retired seniors and temporary traveling working professionals. This is a working horse farm, with several different breeds of horses. We do our own hay, and occasionally we have horse clinics. I have sliced off a little bit of heaven for the camping area, so you are still private but not too far from the horses and barns! Shelbyville town is just 4 miles away, and has the usual restaurants and shops you would normally find. So if you like dogs, horses and country music, bring your boots and come on down!! Fish for free! Learn more about this land: Pitch your tent in our hay field, next to the horses. Just a brief 5 minute walk away from the communal Cowboy lounge with Free Wi Fi. There are Catfishes in the pond, so you'll always have something to grill if you want to fish for dinner! It's lovely walking your dog on a leash around the ranch and hearing the coyotes of an evening and watching the sunsets. If you need more activities, Nashville is just one hour away, and Jack Daniels in Lynchburg is just 15 minutes away.

Overall great place
Overall we had a good experience, the only complaint I have is that it's advertised to have a bathroom/shower accessible close to the camp sites. It does have ONE small bathroom, but it has NO air conditioning and in 95 degree weather it was completely miserable to shower or get ready. If you have a bathroom in your RV or camper it's a nice place to hookup and camp. We do not have a bathroom, so we needed to use the facility there and it would have been nice to know there is no A/C and the bathroom was not clean at all (shower had dead bugs and cobwebs)As far as the facility and for the comfort of my horse I would give it 5 stars. The barn and stalls are huge and very nice, the indoor arena is nice and my horse was very comfortable in her stay. The only issue we had was the restroom/shower... it should have been noted in the advertisement that there is only one bathroom/shower and it is not climate controlled.

This farm is BEAUTIFUL. I highly recommend staying here. Maria, the owner, was very available to answer questions. She even gave me a quick tour of the farm on her side-by-side when I got there. I love being around horses, so this place was like heaven. One of the mares even gave birth to the first filly of the year while I was there. The RV sites are great, gravel lots, electric, sewer, water. I stayed in the dirt lot because I’m in a camper van. I still had access to electric, water, sewer. I did get stuck in the mud after a hard rain, but Maria had a tractor there to pull me out in less than 20 min. She also laid some gravel down in part of the space so I could park on it! Above and beyond. So kind. There’s a shower/toilet in the barn, nothing fancy, but gets the job done. There is a washer/dryer in the room next to the shower. Again nothing fancy, a bit of barn dust, but machines are clean on the inside. I highly enjoyed my stay. I look forward to coming back again! Thanks Maria!
