Tent Camping with the horses!
Paula’s property was beautiful and all her animals were so friendly. They were very accommodating as it had stormed the night before and the ground was wet, so they let me sleep in the hay loft instead. They also allowed access to indoor bathrooms and wifi! Highly recommend, I would definitely stay again.

Tent Camping with the horses!
Thoroughly enjoyed staying on Paula's property- great people. I was able to sleep in the barn loft when the rain came, which was cool. Beautiful views and minute away from A+ trout water.

Tent Camping with the horses!
Had a wonderful weekend tent camping on Paula’s land. The hosts were amazing and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. It was a short walk to the house for the bathroom and shower. The pasture is shady in the afternoon, next time I’ll bring a shade tent for the mornings. We enjoyed watching the goats and horses graze. Bristol is only a few miles away as well as South Holston lake. Excellent location for a Tennessee adventure.

Tent Camping with the horses!
It was such a treat to camp at Paula's! The location is beautiful and very convenient to Bristol. She's very hospitable and generous and let us stay in the loft of the barn (there was rain anticipated). The animals around the farm are friendly and adorable 😍. AND horseback riding at Dusty Hills was fantastic! The horse I rode, Levi, was good natured, well-trained, responsive and overall quite pleasant for a newbie like myself. The area is quiet, making it super easy to chill out and relax. 11/10 recommend!

We were in town to attend Rhythm and Roots as a vendor so we didn't spend much time there. Paula did meet us and was very pleasant. Having the bath space available is a nice touch! The parking is pretty level. The area is quiet with a beautiful view of Holston Mountain. Very convenient to downtown Bristol

outstanding spot
If you like horses and a good ol farm experience this is the place to go! The folks that run the place are truly amazing people who have a huge heart. My girl friend and I were able to ride some of there horses and truly enjoyed our stay with them. If you fly fish this is also an outstanding spot to set up camp its about a 4 min drive to the soho fly shop and about 4 min drive to the river.

Pasture camping at it's best
We stayed at RV Parking for the second time and Paula was as friendly and welcoming as the first time. We were looking for a secluded spot with a bathroom and shower and Paula's property is exceptional for that. Watching her horses from our campsite is a big hit for us.

Horses are calming
We setup are camper in a 2.5 acre pasture bordered by a 2.5 acre horse pasture with several charming horses to watch as we watched the sunset by our campfire and drank our coffee in the morning. Paula and Elizabeth were very southern friendly and we became instantly very fond of them. They provided a great bathroom and shower and even stocked it with snacks. I couldn't say enough about the hospitality of these hosts. Took our bikes from their property to the top of the nearby dam. The best nights sleep I can remember. Anytime we pass Eastern Tenn. we will be booking a night or two with them.

Great Experience
I booked last minute needing a place to crash off I-81 on a long trip home. Paula reached out immediately and was also a great host. There is a lot going on and a lot to see, it's a real farm! Her and Elizabeth's life there seems so interesting and different from what a lot of city folks are used to. Thank you guys for showing me everything, it was a blast!

A little piece of heaven on earth
We LOVED staying at Paula's place. We came in late and Paula was so welcoming and kind. We parked our RV in the driveway and although she had electric and water hookups ready for us, we didn't need the water because she also offered a private bathroom with a shower, a washer and dryer, fresh coffee in the AM, and a huge, beautiful, fenced in pasture where our dogs got to run and play until they were exhausted (such a welcome break from having to keep them on leash at every crowded campground). She has horses and goats for petting with beautiful views in every direction. 5 minutes away is the most breathtaking view from the top of a dam overlooking the mountains and a beautiful lake with boating, swimming, fishing, and more. We all wished we could have stayed for several days, but we had a commitment in Nashville so we had to travel on. This place is private, filled with amenities, and has the nicest hosts ever! I fell in love with Tennessee after spending a night at this little piece of heaven on earth. Thank you Paula!
