Believe it or not the property was heavily wooded when it was bought in 2003. It's been hard work, sweat, and tears to get to the point it is now. However, owning property is always a work in progress and we are continuing making improvements. We feel our property is beautiful and we would love for you to experience it. Take a walk to the nearby Ledford Mills. My husband proposed to me there. Check out our town of Lynchburg, it's so quaint, and Tullahoma has everything you need. Come check them out. Learn more about this land: Camp site with water and 30 amp hook up on a small farm that’s just a short drive to Jack Daniels Distillery in Lynchburg, TN. Located in a quiet, safe, beautiful area. Wifi for your use. Pets are welcome, including horses. You can get help with your animals while you take off to see the sites, like Nashville or Chattanooga. The property is completely fenced. Campsites are level for easy setup.

Perfect spot

This was a great spot! So convenient to Jack Daniels distillery tour. A wonderful quiet location with horses on two sides. Nice level gravel and 30amp service nearby. Next time we come back, this will be the place we stay!

Summer fun

A peaceful spot. Loved the animals, a bit exposed but with electrical hookup we were cool. Enjoyed nearby distilleries and a cool dip at Rutledge Falls!
