We purchased a run down ranch in Middle Tennessee. This property used to be a quarter horse farm. We are brining it back to it's previous beauty. Opening some cabins and tent sites will allow to enjoy the experience. We will have animals for children to enjoy and interact with and a cottage where visitors can play ping pong, enjoy the living room area and make a meal in the courtesy kitchen. Learn more about this land: We are renovating a Hobby Farm in Clarkrange Tennessee, This beautiful property is comprised of two barns, a main house, guesthouse, pastures and wooded areas, A creek runs through the lower portion of the property being cooled by the forest for summer. The guesthouse has been converted to a public bathhouse and common area with restroom, shower & laundry facilities. There will be a full kitchen that can be used by our visitors. The kitchen is currently being renovated. Bathhouse and laundry are ready to go! There are many places nearby to enjoy your ORV. Pickett State Park, Black House Mountain, Windrock to name just a few Our beautiful area in Middle Tennessee boasts amazing hiking, waterfalls, state parks and historical sites. A local grocery store, Swafford IGA, just a few miles up the road. Crossville (30 minutes) is known as the Golf Capital of Tennessee., with courses nearby such as Lake Tansi, Druid Hills, and Stonehenge, ranked #2 in Golfweek Magazine's "Best Courses You Can Play in Tennessee". You can take advantage of the Golf Capital Learning Center with Ping certified club fitting. Bring your clubs -Golf by day and settle in with a campfire and 'Smores by night. If relaxing is more your thing, you are welcome to just hang out in one of our comfy hammocks, read a book, or stroll down by the stream. We have two rustic cabins and tent sites currently.
