It's a very beautiful area and a cute little Hipcamp. I rented the A frame cabin. I couldn't figure out how to turn the ceiling fan on, but I found Luke on the property and he happily helped me sort it out. The only hiccup was the weather. I booked during the heat wave and the little cabin was very hot. The ceiling fan and small fan that was provided did nothing to help. So I would suggest you check the weather before booking. It was too hot for me, so unfortunately I could only manage to stay one night. But overall, it's a nice place in a beautiful area and I would recommend.

They did not prepare for our visit. They didn’t even give us the correct door code. Luckily - Bobbi (a sweet lady who works there) came by and gave us the correct door code. The sheets, comforter and pillows were dirty from the previous person. (There was hair and dirt in the sheets. The comforter and pillows smelled of body odor). When I brought this up to the host her reply was “This isn’t a 5-star hotel”. Yes, captain obvious, the sarcasm is unappreciated. I met the people renting the glamping cabin; it appears all the effort was put toward making their stay enjoyable and the little A-Frame was overlooked. The host also said “Go ahead and leave a negative review”. So, that shows how much she didn’t care to have my business.

This was a cozy and relaxing stay over in a great mountain area ! Took the dog for a nice hike up behind the cabin, only wish I could have stayed longer…. TV and WiFi available if you want it, if not you’re in great shape because there’s no signal out there…. Yeah!!

Private A Frame cabin
The cabin was clean and had nice views. It was colder inside than out and the kerosene heater wouldn't light and the wood stove wouldn't stay lit, but I have little experience with a wood stove. The bed was comfy and we were able to stay warm once we used our sleeping bags under the mattress at night. The fire pit was full of plastic that we needed to clear out before using, but did get a fire going.

This was the perfect little cabin and had everything you might need for a long weekend! Bonus that it’s pet friendly and the bed was super comfy. Thank you for a great stay!

What a wonderful spot, absolutely beautiful! The A frame house I stayed in was so cute and comfortable and would definitely recommend for those wanting a little get away. Kathi was very friendly and accomodating.

Fun little site. Price was great, it was pretty laid back. There is some construction and clean up going on so be OK with that! Will be nice to come back when it's finished!
Come ready with camping gear if you want to cook and clean up. Bedding and towels were provided which was a great plus!
It was quiet too which is also a great plus.
