Awarded South Dakota's best Hip Camp 3 times. Uncle B's farm is a small 11 acre hobby farm with a large vegetable garden, chickens, peafowl, guinea fowl, turkeys, dogs, and cats. There is an old quarried stone railroad bridge and a few short walking trails around the pond. The pond is at the back of the property where I have 6 dry camp sites listed as Uncle B's farm for tents or self contained RV's. All sites have partial to full shade and most have mature trees that will work for a hammock or tensile tent. All of the campsites have a firepit, some with cooking grates and all sites have a picnic table. The "shower shack" is shared by all guests and has 2 separate 3/4 baths with all modern plumbing. There is also a basic outdoor kitchen with a few portable grills as well as a sink with modern plumbing. Available at Uncle B's RV Camper site I have 3 RV sites with water and 30 Amp electrical hookups. My "Ready Set Camp" listing is a dome tent set up and furnished with 2 cots, table, and lamp as well as a match ready fire. The Barn loft apartment is a studio apartment with a small galley kitchen and private bath. The Hippie Bus is new for the 2025 season and offers a trip back in time. Uncle B's farm has been voted Best Hip Camp to see in South Dakota for the 3rd time.... Come see why...

Ready Set Camp
It was great staying at Uncle B's farm. I was only there one night but it was a beautiful spot for that night. I was happy to have a tent ready for me so that I didn't have to set things up when I arrived. The land was peaceful and the host was wonderful. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful place to stay, good amenities and very proactive/helpful host. Beautiful setting. Clean bathrooms. Clean campground/fire areas.

the Hippie Bus
I had a lovely time staying in the Hippie Bus! The bed was super cozy, and the fun lights and great music made the atmosphere really special. Brian is an incredible, attentive host, he made sure I had everything I needed, including firewood, water, and even a little s’mores kit. One of the highlights was the amazing sunset view right from the bus. It was a unique and peaceful stay that I’d definitely recommend!

Uncle B's RV Camper Site's
What an awesome spot. Brian was so nice and the rv spot was perfect. We arrived late... but he was there to greet us and all friendly. If you are in the area. GO..You won't regret it.

the Hippie Bus
We enjoyed our stay in the Hippie Bus. It was exactly what we were looking for. The bed was comfortable and the music was perfect. Brian is a wonderful host, he made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back again! Thank you Brian for the great hospitality, you are what truly makes Uncle B’s !

Uncle B's Farm
Stay here. It's an experience, and a great one. Chat with Uncle B, he's got a million stories and all of em are fantastic. The location is PERRR-FECT! The little farm is the right size and doesn't have the bigger farm animals like cows or horses that you'd regret being downwind from. Brian helped us out fitting a new bike rack to our car which needed some drilling and metal cutting. An honestly EXEMPLARY individual and stay. Wish we'd been staying longer and will make a point to go back when next we're within 2 states of the farm.
