We purchased the property for use as a honey bee ranch. We no long keep bees, but we still love to go out to the country, and garden, and just enjoy the peace and quiet. Learn more about this land: Please, don't make a reservation, and then invite a bunch of people to join you. Your guests aren't my guests, but can be. Just a field near the Big Sioux River. Amenities will be added, as demand warrants. Lots of peace and quiet. Tippy Toe Acres

David was great at returning my call because I was a little unsure about the location of Tippy Toe. He sent me a URL link and we found it easily. His land is a fenced in acre with no other houses around, but it is right on the road and there were some big trucks that went by every so often. The main attraction is the Little Sioux river which was across the road. We had a nice walk along this river. There is no toilet and because the acre is pretty much open space, it was not a good place to dig a cat hole - too exposed. David prices his Hipcamp very low, so no complaints, but there are no amenities. We have a little trailer, so we had a restful night - no traffic in the night.
