The park boasts stunning views of three distinctive bridges, a playground for children, and ample fishing spots. Additionally, the historic Sioux Quartzite visitor center houses a small museum and snack area, adding to the park's charm. During the summer months, the Jesse James Pontoon offers guided tours by appointment, allowing guests to explore the breathtaking rock canyons and diverse wildlife found north of the park. For those looking to venture further, another kayak and canoe launch south of the dam provides a scenic route down to Palisades State Park.
