This is a beautiful older farm site, with the original home and outbuildings. On the property is a horse pasture, a walking trail, a pond and several friendly animals. There are several acres of trees with a walking trail and campsites within. The farm historically was the top farm in the area. Rooms are spacious. Some remodeling has been done with windows and doors all upgraded. Learn more about this land: 12 acre hobby farm with chickens, a dog, a cat, and a horse. We have grapes, raspberries, mulberry fruit trees and make our own wine. There is a trail going through the trees where there are several campsites and fire pits to choose from. As well as open areas to camp or park your camper. There is a small stage and central fire pit with many chairs, electricity and tables available. One 30 amp camper plugin. We are only 2 miles from Big Stone Lake, or within 4 miles you can kayak whetstone creek (weather/water level permitting). We have kayaks available for rent. Also this location is only 2 miles from gourmet bar and restaurants on the lake, and additional walking trails. Renegades Ranch

Our family enjoyed our days/nights stay at Tracie's land, camp. The quiet, peaceful natural setting, natural trails through the adjoining woods, wildlife, native plants and fresh air were a refreshing experience. Places along the paths gave us opportunity to stop, rest, reflect on the wonders around. We chose the option to pick or own fresh eggs for our breakfast from her chicken coop here! Friendly horses came to the fence to give us a chance to pet their heads. What would a camping trip be without a campfire, roasting marshmallows and good company with our hosting family! Thank you for a great relaxing stay. We hope to do this again!

Friendly Little Ranch

Renegades Ranch

Multiple campsites/RV sites to choose from. I stayed in a cute little tent site and it was perfect for me. There is communal bonfire/pool/hang out area if you choose to use it, but each site also has its own fire pit. A lot of friendly animals out and about (dog, cats, chickens and a horse). Tracie is friendly and hospitable but will also give you your space if that's what you choose. Great place for a weekend getaway.

Very cool property with greetings by a horse, very friendly dog and cute kittens. Tracie was a great host. She met us upon arrival and provided firewood. Lots of campsites to choose from. Excellent view of stars and milky way!

Great host on private property

Renegades Ranch

Nice quiet property with the most friendly dog and horse! Also cute kitties and chickens. The host, Tracie is the best! She showed us around and her and her friend even took us out on the pontoon boat. Got a chance to also visit her unique and amazing studio! Had such a great time! The lake is very close by. Water and electrical hookups. Dump station just a few minutes away. Highly recommend!

Renegades Ranch

Loved! Loved! Loved! It here! Don’t expect anything high maintenance, it is a very peaceful, private place to go. Horses, chickens, roosters, goats, sheep and other animal sounds in the background to make it feel outdoorsie. The horse is very friendly. The host is friendly. Came here for our anniversary and it was all the privacy we wanted and needed 🤫
