With 80 meticulously maintained level gravel sites, we provide a clean and quiet, clean, and safe environment exclusively for RV travelers. Discover a unique RV experience at our year-round park, where tranquility meets modern amenities. Unlike traditional campgrounds, our park is designed specifically for RVs, ensuring a peaceful retreat for those seeking comfort and convenience. Our facilities include filtered and softened water delivered at 55 pounds of pressure through 3,000 feet of new 2-inch pipes, providing reliable access at 80 water hydrants. Enjoy high-speed internet with over 5,000 feet of buried fiber optic cable, allowing you to stream effortlessly. Each of our 80 full-hookup sites features dedicated 50/30 amp electric service, supported by seven new buried transformers and electric pedestals. For your convenience, we have installed new 4-inch sewer lines and stack coin washer-dryer combos. Our park is well-lit with energy-efficient LED lights that dim at night, enhancing your evening experience. Safety is a priority, with cameras mounted on 12 new poles and a mesh Wi-Fi system throughout the area. Pet owners will appreciate our two dog runs and designated walking areas, while each spacious 28'x57' gravel site is level for easy access. No pitbulls, rotweilers, or dobermans allowed unfortunately. You can also enjoy reliable cell phone coverage and 33 over the air tv channels. Gas station convenience store will be available next door by mid August 2025.
