Great experience camping at Utopia Farm. Ray and Cindy are easy going and a pleasure to chat with. We love the horses, so very friendly. Goats are a riot! They we’re interested in what we were doing (Overlanding). We love sharing our adventures with those who are interested. Looking forward to seeing them again and highly recommend camping here!

Site 1 - Utopia Farm Camping
This property was ideal for our family gathering! The kids all had a blast, and Ray and Cindy were such excellent hosts. There are horses, goats, donkeys, chickens/roosters, and a nice little trail around the property. Having the barn with full bathroom and full kitchen made life a lot easier. We also enjoyed spending time in the heated/cooled living area. Would definitely recommend!

This place will exceed your expectations. Really nice folks own/run the place. Beautiful land with friendly animals no complaints at all. The barn and common areas are just a huge cherry on top from what I was really expecting when I set out to go camping.

Cindy’s land is perfection!! We had to leave a day early due to our son’s lacrosse injury but it was everything and more when we were there. 10 stars!!

Cindy and Ray provided us a lovely experience, the farm is great and full
of animals, the barn has a whole kitchen and a living room for the visitors to use, the bathroom is great, everything perfect. The hosts clearly take care of the place very well and want us to feel welcome.

Utopia farm is… utopia! Everything about our stay was amazing. Cindy and Ray treated us like family and are two of the most wonderful people on the planet. The sites are perfect with everything we could want and more. My daughter (8) who’s been on more than 50 camping trips said “this is my favorite camping trip ever!”

I loved Cindy’s farm. It is a nice peaceful spot to camp. She has a nice building with a full bath and a really nice fire pit with wood provided. I highly recommend Utopia Farms!!

Ray and Cindy’s place was a great stay for us. The fire area was great, the supplied firewood, the lights.. it has a great ambiance there. The land is comfortable and quiet. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. The real star of the property was the amazing barn area. Having a hot shower, a place to relax indoors, and a kitchen area has us spoiled. I wish there were more places like this! It’s definitely worth more than what you pay for a night here. Definitely stopping by again.

The pictures don’t even begin to describe this slice of Utopia! The working farm is adorable and the animals made our daughter’s trip 💙 The barn is amazing family/community space. The kitchen has everything you could want (microwave, blender, crockpots, pots and pans, etc. etc. etc.) even spices for cooking. Cindy is such a welcoming hostess and we can’t wait to stay again!!

Cindy and her Husband were so welcoming and they have such an amazing farm. The hipcamp exceeded our expectations ten fold. The barn with a full kitchen and full bathroom really took our car camping experience to the next level and I cannot wait to stay at Utopia Farm again!

Cindy & Ray are warm, welcoming hosts! Their place had everything we needed for a comfortable stay outside Columbia. The kitchen & a hot shower were great to have available on chilly mornings. We enjoyed a nice walk through the woods with our dog & it was fun to see the goats, horses, and cattle along the way. We had a wonderful time at Utopia Farm & highly recommend it!

We had a great time camping here. The campsite was clean and everything about this farm is lovely, thoughtfully and well-maintained. The available barn with bathroom/refrigerator/tables was a great bonus. The hosts were very kind and showed us some of there animals and space.

We loved getting to know Cindy, her husband and all the animals at the farm. They were so kind and accommodating. The bath facilities are in a cool addition to the barn, the camp site was close to the picnic table and fire pit area. My dog loved all the animals and the dogs, cat and horses were so gentle with her. I would definitely recommend this farm experience. There are some interesting places to hike and explore in the area, we had two very full days there, so interesting!

Beautiful farm to camp with my little T@B! Full kitchen, bathroom and living area are awesome!! There is also a very cool fire pit area outside! It’s a great place to relax and find some peace and quiet out in the country.

Stayed here with my boyfriend and our 3 dogs on our way up to ashville. two camp spots, a fire pit and a little barn where you can use the kitchen and bathroom. No one at the other spot so we started a fire and had a great time on a cold call night

This place was an awesome spot to unwind after a day of soccer in nearby Lexington or Irmo fields. The stables/living area was a very convenient luxury. Full kitchen and full bathroom right beside the camping pads were clean and better than any campground bath house. Cindy and Ray met us there and were kind and very hospitable. The fire pit was awesome cauldron like wit a vent in the bottom that was pretty much smoke free. If your in the area or find yourself needing a stop while going down I26 you can’t go wrong staying here. Also the farm animals are super cute and friendly.

Beautiful property and the most amazing and friendly hosts who treated us like family. My son is still talking about Bella and Willie and all the animals he saw! What a great lay over and our only regret is that we were only there for a day. Will definitely stop in next time we’re close!

The camping spots were excellent and the amenities were far superior to most places I've been. The kitchen and bathroom available to us was great for our group. We had a lovely time with the animals, wish we would of had more time to try their walking trail.

Cindy and her husband were super welcoming and their farm is gorgeous!!! Our site was perfect AND had electric and water! The barn was fabulous with a living and dining area, full kitchen and full bathroom! We would love to come back again.
