The space was more than expected, really convenient to shopping and Paris Island is only 15 min away. Site was quiet and close to a really nice park with Pickleball courts!! Would come here again.

1. Wendy is fantastic. She is quick to respond with questions and has a team of folks that she will dispatch at a moment's notice if there are any questions/issues.
2. The site is probably 7 acres like the description states but you'll be camping on a site that is more or less an acre. There are other campers distributed throughout the remainder of the property and they seem to be long term campers. Everyone was friendly and kept to themselves but that was a surprise to us so I wanted to mention it here in case it is helpful to others.
3. There is power, water and sewer as the description states but there is a camper on the site utilizing those hookups that Wendy also rents out via airbnb I believe.
4. You don't need to bring wood. Wendy has plenty stacked by the firepit.
5. Wendy has lots of games available for family activities.
6. There are tons of outdoor chairs onsite. Like the wood we brought all of our camping chairs only to realize we didn't need them.

We had a wonderful stay! Wendy is super accommodating and easy to talk to. To help answer some questions about the site, there's a large military style tent, and a small Coleman camper to stay in or there's plenty of room to bring your own RV or travel trailer. You can pull thru from the back of the site if needed. There is full hookups shared with the Coleman. The sewer is a dump bin that would need to be pumped if it gets full. We were there 4 nights without a problem. Extra power cable and water line might be needed.
Inside the large tent is some seating along with a table, chairs and activities for kids and adults. There's also a small oven roaster, water kettles, and small fridge.
There is a large fire pit, wood provided. Lots of table and chairs around the grounds. Also a port-a-jon and shower closet if needed.
There's plenty of room for kids to ride bikes, play on the little ninja course or climb the tire wall. There's a trail at the back that takes you to a playground and rec center.
Lots of pretty little decorations and solar lights all around. Some weren't working but no big deal. Couldn't get the patio lights to come on with the remote. Again, not really needed but cute.
Super Walmart and shopping 5 minutes away.
There are other permanent campers nearby but not too close. They live there. We still had plenty of privacy. If we ever traveled back to Beaufort we'd definitely stay again!

We stayed for our sons graduation for a few nights there was games to play plenty of outside and inside the tent entertainment. We will stay here again!

Good place to camp, kids enjoyed here . Make sure to get bug sparys for yourself its just nature and season issues. To notice Hot shower and games for kids

Loved camping so much on Wendy's land I booked to additional days to check out the area more throughly. They site is clean with hot shower available, Porta potty, community tent with TONS of activities for adults and little ones. Right next to a park with lots of amenities if you have kids. And close to everything. Only 11 minutes to Historic Downtown Beaufort.
Hope to come again someday.

Wendy was fantastic and welcoming! Always asking if i needed anything. I used the campground as landing spot moving to the area from up north, and it was perfect to unwind after a day if work! And my dogs loved exploring the property!

The hosts were very nice, the site was spacious, and even though the ground was damp (weather) there were still dry places to set up tents. Nice fire ring, plenty of seats for everyone!
