The property is conveniently located just 10 minutes from Parris Island and downtown Beaufort — close to shops, dining, and local attractions, yet tucked away in a peaceful residential area. Other things to note: Bring your own camper or RV (no on-site rental unit). Back-in access only; not a pull-through site. No on-site bathrooms or showers — guests must use their own facilities.     Private RV Campsite – 10 Min To PI!
    This is a very nice spot. It looks sketchy with some neglected properties on the drive in, but everything at the site is new and nice. It’s obvious someone has done a lot of work and seems to be continuing to improve the neighborhood. Since there are no detailed reviews, here are the things you need to know. It is level and fairly wide. It has full hookups, but they are on the wrong side so bring extensions. We never were able to connect to the sewer because it was so far. There is only a 50 amp connection with no breaker and no 110 option. The spot has had trees trimmed back, but the drive in has some low branches and sharp-ish turns near trees. Our rig is 11’6” tall and we drug some branches across the top on the way in.

    Great! Clean, quiet and level. Right beside Spanish Moss Trail. Owner was very responsive and came to help us find the right spot. GPS took us to another rental they have. I do wish the directions were clearer about us getting there and where to park.
